From booking to checking out the experience was smooth and efficient. The property itself is high quality, with care and consideration everything has been thought through. It is remote and away from the hustle and bustle - perfect if you just want to relax and be calm but not too far if you want to get out and eat in any of the nearing towns - a car is definitely an advantage. Kostas and his team go well beyond any expectations and cater to your every need, nothing is more than 15 minutes away - the service is on point! Can't recommend this place enough, Ill be telling everyone who comes to Kefalonia to consider this place!

First of all: the view and architecture was amazing. There is a lot of greenery around and a field full of nice, comfortable hammocks. It feels like home, if home is Tuscany, and even if the pool was a bit further from our villa, it was really nice to get away from the buzz of the city. The pool is bigger than in the pictures, a very nice surprise. The staff also was very very helpful. Joana was always a call away and everyone was eager to help at all times. We wanted to check in early and we had the possibility to do so. The kitchenette was also very nice and well-equipped.

Lourdhata is a quiet resort and that’s why we like it and keep coming back. There are many restaurants and facilities but it’s not a party place. Suitable for all ages and abilities, it never fails to delight.

Lovely quiet area, but with ameneties such as supermarkets, restaurants right on your doorstep. No Clubs/Bars etc, banging out kiddie music 24/7 (which is what I call rave/house music....that same beat to every song!!,...... every 'song' sounds the same??....Sh*t!!) OK...Yeah if you (unfortunately) like that kind of thing.....go to Ibiza, Benidorm or Magaluf!!. Lourdhata is the kind of place where you go to unwind & chill out (out of the rat-race). At night you can't even hear a pin drop.....brilliant.

We have been in August and, this time, May and I would say...

We have been in August and, this time, May and I would say May is better as it is much quieter with almost empty beaches. The only downside is that a handful of the bars and restaurants are not open until June. We highly recommend the naturist beach at Kanali which we only shared with six people at most during our stay there. It's only a five minute walk but you do have to go around a couple of large rocks to get to it, but it is well worth the effort for the sandy beach and sparkling water.

Plenty of choice of good tavernas and plenty of choice of accommodation, some of it very up-market. Despite the building of more expensive properties, the resort maintains its essential charm as a fertile strip where all the island's vegetable were once grown. There are still vegetable gardens all along the strip. And if you turn around from the sea view, you're looking at a mountain ridge. It's an impressive backdrop.

Unspoiled and quiet but with sufficient restaurants and shops to make for easy access. A long sandy beach which is good for running and swimming. This is a place to chill out and relax. There are plenty of beaches to explore and there is a village up the hill. We will go back.

Lourdas beach is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing and swimming. The sea is calm and warm and the beach is sand with some stones. You can also due a variety of activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking. The umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented and range from 8-15 euros for 2 sun loungers. There are many taverns that are really fairly priced. The supermarket is a little overpriced but the bakery is lovely. Lourdhata is very hilly, and also quite quiet. I would recommend hiring a car to see the island or at the very least book a driver (like I did) or some trips prior to coming.

If you ever come to beautiful Kefaloniá don't miss to stay at Rosa's Beach Studios in lovely Lourdáta. The owners are so kind and helpful, the rooms spacious, the garden is a treasure you will soon learn to love, and the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Perfectly located at the western end of the beach (a wonderfully quiet area) it is just a few meters away from the Lithero fish tavern that quickly became our favourite restaurant. In a nutshell: don't miss this part of paradise!

It was a wonderful accommodation and responsive owners. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, incredible view from the balcony, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more, a cozy place. The owner of the apartment helped us a lot to solve our road problems, she completely took over the management. Thanks to Regina, we had a wonderful vacation on the incredibly beautiful island of Kefalonia!

Great village location at top of a hill with amazing vista. Pool was lovely, villa very comfortable and had everything we needed. Mini market closeby for essentials. Balconies with sweeping views. Beach is little far to walk in the heat, however parking was easy to find. Lourdata is now our favourite place in Kefalonia and we would certainly return to villa Marianna.
