This place was exactly what we were expecting from viewing the online photos. The triple rooms are perfect for families with one or even 2 children (smaller one) and they are like 20steps from the beach. They come equipped with a small kitchen that has everything needed: 3 large plates, 3 small plates, 3 forked, 3 spoons, etc, a bigger and smaller pot, am electric kettle, independent working fridge and an electric stove. We were informed since arriving that the cleaning and changing of the bedsheets and towels was done every 3 days. Good points: - was impressed with the cleaning ladies, I once left something in the kitchen from that morning thinking I would wash it in the afternoon when returning from the beach and found it washed. - was impressed they have us dish detergent and a new, sealed dish sponge (I really dislike using someone else's sponge). - we received also an anti-mosquito device to plug in (although we did came prepared). - it is extremely well positiones if you don't want to use your car daily: there's tons of taverns to chose from, supermarkets, 20m from the beach and also very close to a nice view-point area were you can enjoy your morning coffee on a bench, viewing all Sarti Beach and sea. - the host is somewhere nearby so if there is any issue he will come in few minutes (and is also very responsive on WhatsApp)

The location was perfect—right on the beach with beautiful view. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It really made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Very quiet and relaxing place with big garden and beautiful nature around. Nearest beach is 7 min walk and with a car you can get to many beaches on Sitonia. Thanks a lot to Gerakina and her family for warm welcome! The rooms have all you may need inside like tableware and kitchen staff, and is very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay, probably it's the best location in Sarti, all the confort and an amazing view. The owner is kind and super responsive. We'll definitely come back.

We had no breakfast, the owner was most friendly and helpful, there was a surface car park owned by the studios next to the building. On leaving we felt that we had had a very good stay for a reasonable price

Very nice staff, good location - quiet area, close to the sea. Breakfast was delicious, and the room, although small, is comfortable. The only thing is that the view from the window spoils the started construction opposite, but it is not the fault of the owners.

Brilliant Location and host Rudi was superb and very helpful. Always on hand to assist and answer questions. Beach right in front of property and free sunbeds. Coffee and snacks available. Small town of Sarti has plenty of places to eat out and nearby beaches within driving distance were great. There were two restaurants always with queues of people waiting and we managed to get a table there, definitely worth the wait. I would recommend visiting Sarti, chilled out town and I am hoping to go back there next year.

Mostly underdeveloped and therefore "with relatively low tourist attraction", ideal for families due to the nice and clean beaches. The sea is mostly not shallow. Camping is the de-facto way to stay as there are very few other housing options.
