The hosts were amazing. Extremely nice and very welcoming. The room was quite large, equipped with everything you need and very clean. There are farms nearby and they brought us some cactus fruits. The location is also great, 10 minutes drive to Palaiochora and 1 hour to Elafonisi. You need a car to move around.

Beautiful vintage style, family-owned hotel. Location is very convenient, right next to the beach so you can actually hear the waves. It’s a bit further from the core but still walkable within minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The son of the family gave us useful tips for the restaurants and things to do nearby. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended!

I arrived before check in time, the place is really close to the station of the the daily public bus from chania. I did not tell my arrival time, but the staff helped me immediately to store my backpack, and I went straight to the Elafonissi beach. I could check in regularly at 14:00. Room is big enough, fully equipped, bathroom brand new, I would say. AC, fridge and coffee kit provided The veranda in front is great for chilling. Resto and mini market at a stone throw.

We stayed at Houmas for a repreive for my Sister, she is challenged by cancer and going through Chemo Therapy. Markos and his staff were amazing, helpful and thoughtful. The view from the most comfortable apartment was amazing. Please try the Calamari and Schnitzel ala Creme Houmas (delicious french onion pineapple dish) at the onsite Taverna. Highly recommend this stay, promise you wont be disppointed <3
