Beautiful, quiet place. The owner, Georgia, is a nice, warm person. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Fish tavern.....serving delicious fresh food for really reasonable price. The breakfast included for accommodation was absolutely amazing. All done by Georgia and are prepared from fresh local products. Best breakfast ever !!! I'd like to recommend this place for everyone. Thank you, Georgia.

First of all the staff did it's best to accommodate our needs. There were 2 situation that reinforced this but I'll mention only one. During a chat with one of the receptionists we told her we have not managed to book a local attraction (that was rather important) and we'll not be able to experience it. Although we have not asked them to help us (we didn't even think it was possible), until the evening of the same day we were called that they were able to find a way to book it for us. The rooms are spacious, very nicely furnished, modern and tastefully. The location is very near to everything of interest: souvenier shops, restaurants and the biggest (as far as I can tell) parking lot in Preveza (like 100 meters away from the hotel) which is important because in the center of Preveza there are almost no hotels with parking lot (but it's better to arrive before 19:00 or you will have to wait to find a free spot). The included breakfast is served at a nearby location (10 meters) and it's fixed menu (there are 2 menus that are not great, nor bad except for the coffee which is...well...very diluted). The bathrooms are also very nice and modern and the water pressure and temperature were always very adequate.

We were received by a lovely older gentleman who waited and open the door for us. He was warm and friendly and made sure we were very welcome! An elderly woman checked us in and made sure we were comfortable in our room. When we checked out they received us with a smile and gave us a jam and some liquor! Truly amazing hospitality! I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone traveling by!

The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.

Very beautifully kept, the building has lots of character and I like how it’s stylised. The lobby, the pool, the building - so pretty and it does what it says on the tin 😉 it’s a boutique. It’s really clean, service was impeccable (warm, professional, friendly, reliable, attentive, and familiar. Perfect balance. We had lots of lovely suggestions of what to do from Maria 🙏 ). Location wise it’s less than 5 mins walk to the marina and one street away from restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast on the roof top (there’s indoor covered and outdoor uncovered) both in terms of the setting and the spread 👌. There is also is parking which was lovely as we rented a car to explore farther.
