We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. I truly appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere. We did like the friendly staff that make us feel cozy during our stay into Lilium Luxury Suites. We had breakfast included (till 10:30 a.m. ) and we did like the large variety, local products and also fresh orange juice and lemonade which were included every day. The great beach bar is in front of the suites ( less than 5 minutes walking distanance), the supermarket is under the suites and you can find all you need. There is also a great local restaurant next to the Suites named Spiti ( try the Cretan salad :)) and is open for lunch every day ( as most of the restaurants opens around 16:00). The location is quite good with easy access to everything in and around Agia Marina.

Kondomari is a small hamlet of the "old road".

Kondomari is a small hamlet of the "old road". Once off the road up to the hamlet (turn left at the M&B shop).There are a number of off lanes to the left. Going into Kondomari. They don't join up so you need to know which one to use! There are no facilities or shops in the village. One needs to go back to the old road and or the Beach Road for shops bars and restaurants. ( 5 mins drive). So, in short, if you want quiet and peaceful surroundings, this is a great location.

The location near to the beach and village but far away...

The location near to the beach and village but far away enough for peace and quiet. The pool and garden area is a great place to relax and unwind. I enjoyed sitting under the shade of the big tree. The hospitality was exceptional and the friendly and relaxed approach to life of the locals was infectious. The nearby German war cemetery is well worth a visit and along the seafront there are lots of good restaurants to eat in and experience the Cretan cuisine, our favourite was Almyrikia in Tavronitis a beautiful location near the beach and wonderful Moussaka. Crete is a beautiful, charming location and we can not wait to return.
