How wonderful this place must be during 4 seasons!!! We enjoyed colors of fall during our stay and we could imagine how wonderful spring and summer seasons could also be in this place. We could also imagine watching snow or rain in the fantastic glass roof of its restaurant, with the company of kind, lovely staff, peaceful classical music played all day long and yummy local food. What we also like is the view from our room. Our walks to the village and the old stone bridges near the hotel have been one of the best memories of our Greece trip. I really enjoyed the location, design and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful and gave the best recommendations. The property is located on a great spot that will allow you to easily explore all the villages and hikes around the area.

A small hotel in a small village where only a few people live. Very nice. Sometimes the restaurant is closed, but ask the manager if she can cook you a standard Greek meal. For me she did, and it was great.

Kipoi is a very quaint little village with 2-3 restaurants...

Kipoi is a very quaint little village with 2-3 restaurants and thats it. It was easily accessible to the Zagori region close to the most famous bridges and main towns and the unbelievable Vikos Gorge which you have to visit, we went to the Óxya viewpoint which was amazing . A very beautiful area to visit but a very long drive from Athens especially if you come on one of the smaller roads, rather use the highway to get to the area then adventure around, we took a small road and spent half a day driving through forests with nothing to see. The map of Zagori that the hotel gave us was a great help Monodendri is one of the larger villages worth visiting - if you like to hike take your time and follow the tails that range from 1 to 5 or so km from the various bridges it is so peaceful and the forest beautiful. Once you have seen the top 5-6 bridges and 2-3 villages it all becomes the same so don't stay too long if you aren't walking. Beware...... not all villages have fuel so don't run too low

Great location with several hiking routes of different difficulty levels starting from Kipoi village, several options for dinning around the hotel, excellent breakfast buffet with homemade savory and sweet pies being the highlight, rooms with fireplace that is restocked with kindling every morning, spacious bathrooms and elegantly decorated rooms. Above all though the attentiveness and overall hospitality of Spyros, the General Manager of the hotel who went above and beyond to ensure we have a memorable stay! We’ll certainly be back again

The hotel had a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a rich and varied selection. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to recommend activities and places to visit in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

WOW!!! This hotel is nothing less than "home-away" The location at Kipoi village was great for our tour around Zagoria. Melina the owner, who is a resident of Kipoi, is such a great and welcoming host. The rooms are well designed and give a warm feeling. Breakfast was very good.

Nice two-storey house in Kipoi, with outdoor space and nice view into the valley. Kitchen was well equipped. Upstairs has a desk. Owner was responsive and helpful, flexible with checkin and checkout times.
