Beautiful property managed by a lovely family. The property and rooms are lovingly designed with such care and love. The rooms are comfortable with the most amazing beds. Best sleep while in Greece! Plenty of power sockets in the rooms. The rooms are so clean. The owners clean and maintain the property daily. We had breakfast one day and it was delicious. Highly recommended to start the day and better value than any restaurant at the port. Home made products, great coffee and juice. The beach is walking distance. Parking is available onsite

Extremely modern and clean room with amazing facilities. Stunning views from the terrace and the private pool was perfect. The location was fantastic, so close to the Port and local restaurants. Believe it, I liked everything about the property. A beautiful home away from your perfect home. Worth visiting outside your Tinos attractions on its own. Host and property beyond the stars we can afford. If off-season weather allows, and you are a seasoned hiker, the walk down (and maybe up) to the beach is amazing. If you are island hopping, this is a perfect spot to rest and restore. The attention to home and detail is beyond expectation, aesthetically and functionally (LG Fridge and Bosch washer)

We really liked the fact that they cleaned the flat every two days. Returning from the beach with sandy feet and wet swim wear can make a mess! Bedsheets and towels also new every two days which originally though would be too much but proved to be nice! Kionia is a peaceful area with a mini market and taverns-restaurants that are not crowded. No bars and clubs around. Perfect for relaxation. Mrs Tatiana and Mr Manthos are super warm and helpful. There were guests that had a dog…animal friendly place!The flat had all we wanted and more…we’ll definitely revisit in Tinos!

Great location with easy link to town by bus. Nice beach and local taverns which served lovely food at reasonable prices Easy walking to town if walking preferred (level 30 min walk) along beside the ocean

It is a quiet place ideal for families like I went with mine. Very close to the town of Tinos. The restaurant next door has good food and affordable prices. If our Virgin Mary deserves me and I go again, I will book there again.

We especially liked our accommodations.

We especially liked our accommodations. Kiona itself was less interesting. There were only a few tavernas, the beach wasn't to our liking, and there were no other facilities. Walking to Chora wasn't an option for us because the road didn't feel safe.

The hosts here were incredibly kind, making this place a top stop during our visit in Greece. They helped us call for taxis and even offered to let us stay late in the room when our ferry was canceled. The studio was very spacious for a family of 4. We loved the terrace for lunch after the sea. This location was not walking distance from Tinos town, but a taxi was 9 euros there and 5 euros back. We also enjoyed the laundry machine and the restaurant right in front of the apartment (ate there both nights!)

We stayed overnight in Tinos and had a lovely experience. Fabio kindly picked us up from the port, which made arrival easy—he was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a small but welcome balcony offering panoramic views over Tinos. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to prepare a simple dinner, which was perfect for a quiet night in. A hire car would be helpful if you’re planning to explore more of the island.

Hospitality is second to none at Castria! The property itself has plenty of character, a lovely pool area and is very peaceful. It’s also a quick drive to Tinos town, which means you can get there very easily for food, bars, supermarket, etc. Our room was spacious had everything you could want in a holiday studio.

It was a beautiful apartment exactly next to the beach. It is not in Tinos town so you probably have to rent a car if you dont want to walk 30 plus minutes, but we knew this before going. The owner was waiting for us to give the keys. You can find multiple restaurants there so you dont have to go to Tinos.
