This hotel is amazing. We have no negative feedback. The staff are absolutely amazing. We want to give a spacial thanks to Mandarin, he was so kind and extra attentive to any needs we had. I put inna request for my partners birthday and they went over and beyond for this. The next time i visit i will definitely be booking here and will be brining my parents with us :) we really recommend the hotel, it is worth every penny. Lots of restaurants near, a supermarket next door with super friendly staff. We loved our stay here :) thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay thank extra special 🙏🏻

We can’t recommend this facility enough! We just came back from an amazing and very relaxing holiday. Everything was very well managed (thanks Ilias) and all the members of the staff were lovely and always ready to help you when you need (everybody speaks a high-level English so it was very easy to communicate). Food tastes so good, you can tell it’s 100% homemade and healthy (full buffet breakfast and a set menu for dinner different every day). Amazing selection of wines and coffee at the pool bar. The environment is quiet, a great place for couples that wants to stay away from touristic and crowded places. We will come back for sure!

Stunning apartment with 2 great sized bedrooms (joy) and lovely deep (1.7M) plunge pool. Main pool was quiet and also deep (1.8m) with no shallow end. A car is very useful and there is great food near (10-15 mins) if you ignore the nasty tourist neon strip near the beach.

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

It was spacious and modern. We were upgraded as the season is drawing to an end. Lambros met us at 12 pm at night from a late flight which was much appreciated. The air conditioning was brilliant. Cleaned every day to a high standard by a lovely lady who gave me great advice on Crete. We loved the pool, bar and music during the day and when we had enough, we closed over the soundproof doors. Beds were very comfy. Location perfect - central and on the seafront packed with shops, bars and restaurants.

A wonderful place, a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with heated pools that were very comfortable even in October. We travel a lot, but this was the first hotel where the staff operated at the highest level. Very caring and attentive. One for all and all for one. A highly cohesive team that the hotel can truly be proud of. Great food and atmosphere. Definitely consider this hotel for your next trip!

It was about a ten minutes walk uphill part way to Koutouloufari, loads of restaurants and bars, a fabulous experience. Walk a little further and you come to Piscopiano, also excellent. Walk down the hill and you come to restaurants with Greek dancing and plate smashing, also excellent.

As it’s built into the mountains, reasonable mobility is desirable, however it is disable friendly and the taxis are cheap, On site there are lots of steps and inclines to the facilities, as well as lifts, but I’m sure a persons needs could be accommodated to all the pools and restaurants. I’m 71 and managed to walk into town/star beach ok, enjoyed the exercise tbh! Overall the hotel is brilliant for families with children of all ages. I would go back for sure! The town is superb, so much choice for eating/drinking out, shopping good, usual touristy stuff! People are friendly and very helpful.

Very nice Old Hersonissos. Many good restaurants and bars. Who likes more "turistic" area the new part of Hersonissos on the coast with lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping street is very close.

The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs.

The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs. At night the town comes alive with lots to do and see. The cost of taxi rides are all the same and we stayed just outside at the Arminda hotel and spa (which was amazingly good). It's a great location to explore the island as the main road is a couple of miles away and this connects the island East to West. It was such a lovely place that I will probably go back sometime in the future.

Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

The hotel is located 40 meters from the beach and at the beginning of Hersonisos corniche a place up to 5 khm full of restaurants bars and shops. The room was perfect spacious with big veranda and modern furnishings. Breakfast was very good with many varieties for everyone. Staff was exceptional friendly and assistive. Overall it was one of the most nice experience we had in Crete.

I liked the apartment, the fact that it is equipped with everything you need, the location of the villa, the view from the balcony, the beach very close to the location. Shops for small purchases very close, even a Lidl about 15 minutes walk away. Very cheap taverns right next to the villa. Villa Saradari is as suitable as possible for spending a stay in Crete.

Everyone went above and beyond, all the staff are always making sure that your ok , and they work with a smile on their faces , breakfast was really good with plenty of choice , the room was big and very clean , if I go back to Crete that’s exactly where I’ll be staying
