Mr. Takis was readily available for anything we needed after we arrived. He let us in and showed us around and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa itself was impeccable. Clean, beautiful, and atmospheric. We were close to everything we needed (Sami being a 10 minute drive) and some gorgeous views. My wife and I hiked Mt. Ainos which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. Being there in the winter time was relaxing as there was no hustle and bustle of tourists everywhere and having access to the sauna and the heated subflooring was a godsend during those cold mornings. Also there were two adorable cats that were so chatty and lovable that showed up at the kitchen door so if you love cats, you'll definitely like the place. My wife and I will definitely be making a reservation for summertime so we can enjoy the warm weather and pools.

The location offers wonderful views, the villa has a great private pool and lovely scenery, and some of the staff members (Maria in the morning, the waiters, especially a blonde, smiley, lovely girl at the restaurant, and the manager) welcomed us warmly and made our stay very pleasant. What a gem 💎. Beautiful appartement close to the center og sami. Ferry terminal was only a short walk of max 10 minutes away. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The appartement had everything that we needed for our stay.

A small but chic family hotel, perfect location, great value for money, friendly staff, good food, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Even if we booked a room with no sea view, the owner gave us an upgrade and got one with a stunning view of the gulf, not to mention we checked in at 10am so we could enjoy the whole day at the beach . The breakfast was amazing, for all tastes. We also had dinner twice at hotel restaurant, probably the best cooked fish on the island. The family that runs it is very friendly amd careful at tourists needs, the perfect example of greek hospitality. We totally recommmend this hotel as it exceeded by far our expectations and we will come back!
