Incredible hospitality, the manager/receptionist was very helpful in every question we had. She is a local and knew exactly where to point us and what to recommend. Location cannot be beaten. The hotel is right on a perfect, quiet, almost empty beach even in high season. Water is perfect, clear, and offers beautiful views. If you are looking for the perfect, relaxing stay with access to the more remote parts of Kos, look no further.

The view of the house is amazing. The owner of the house is a very cheerful woman and she tried to help us to have a wonderful holiday. House is clean, cooking equipments are enough for a long time stay. We stayed with a baby and she loved here also.If you like to visit Kefalos, here should be your first choice to stay.

The apartment is excellent, located in a new building. From the balcony, you get a partial sea view along with a beautiful landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped, and I especially appreciated the many small amenities that are often missing elsewhere, such as salt, kitchen bags, soap, kitchen foil, and even mosquito repellent. The owner was also very helpful and responsive in communication.

The host was very friendly and polite and did much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered us fruit from their trees and wonderful homemade olive oil. True Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, shop and swim. The property itself is a heaven of peace at the edge of the village, with an amazing view to the hills. It is very well made and decorated, safe, incredibly clean and well organised for a self-catering holiday. Good air conditioning. Well equipped terrace to relax. Situated by an olive grove with many lovely trees, plants and flowers growing. Perfect for a family holiday and for travellers who want to get away from it all. It is a short hike to the beach if you do not hire a car but getting around is easy on that part of the island and the nearby beaches are crystal clear and accessible. Pity we only stayed a couple of days. Thank you so much for this experience, we'll be sure to stay longer next time and recommend to our friends! Myrto

What a fantastic place to stay, little difficult to find the first time but after that not a problem, sits on the edge of the town and very quiet, huge space and three double rooms. Host was very friendly. Highly recommend for a holiday and will go back. The town itself has a large supply of restaurants to choose from and a beach front. A short car ride takes you to other beaches, def need to research on mode of transport for some of them, some only accessible by foot and quad bike on the end of the island from Kefalos. Quiet beach was a good choice and also Limnionas Beach.

Flight from ATH (Aegean Air) very good. With luggage in-hand, we got in-line for a taxi to take us to lodging. Terrible experience. Must have been 35++ people in-line, A few taxis came initially. Wait was over 30 minutes. Standing in sun. It took a long time to get a taxi. Way to long. First impression of Kos, very poor. Then, our taxi driver could not find our lodging in the Kefalos area (think this was a rare event, as our lodging was NOT on the taxi drivers GPS display...???). Finally used Google Maps and that worked. Trip was off to poor start and never got better. Disappointed in Kos ground transportation. Have traveled a good number of the Greek Islands. This was the FIRST (Kos) that I would NOT return to.

Very quiet resort at this time of year (end of September). Lots of tavernas open, beaches quiet. Bit windy at times but very relaxed all across the island. A car is a valuable aid to a great time. The island is not large and you can drive the hole Island in a day. Poor bus serivce and strange taxi service, spasmodic at best. Blustery oin one side, calm on the other. Kefalos bay is normally perfect for people watching sun and crystal clear waters. BUT its quiet! No night clubs... just a quiet place in september.... we are in our 60's

Kefalos is great if you want the quieter holiday.

Kefalos is great if you want the quieter holiday. There is always a breeze so very popular for windsurfing but the days are long and hot with sunshine for about 13 hours so you will appreciate it. There are loads of places to rent cars, quads etc and the island is small so give it a try.

It’s a quieter beach with a relaxed and laid back feel.

It’s a quieter beach with a relaxed and laid back feel. Some tavernas along the waterfront. Lots of dubbed available and not crowded during my visit in mid August. Supermarkets nearby. Bus is regular between Kos town, and Kefalos every couple of hours during summer. Hire cars available.

Kefalos is nice, quiet place to stay if you are looking for...

Kefalos is nice, quiet place to stay if you are looking for relax and water activities (swimming, wind-surfinfing...). Kefalos village offers a great view over the island. Quite good connection wit other beaches, Kos town or airport by bus.

Kefalos is very run down. Lots of derelict buildings. Almost empty in October even though it was still good weather. Most restaurants closed - the few that were open were good enough - stick with the fish - octopus quite tough and chicken kebabs awful

Antonis Hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean and in amazing condition. The beds are comfortable! The aircon works a treat. The shower was powerful and the soaps and shampoos provided were great! They have a pool which is so refreshing. The staff are just incredible, greeting you with smiles all the time. The breakfast is outstanding - I really enjoyed having chocolate crepes every day 😍. The best hotel in Kos by far!

The location is ideal, just a 2 minute walk to Kefalos, a charming area that features restaurants, small markets, and few beaches with sunbeds. The property itself is fully equipped, has two balconies and a delightful terrace which is shared with others apartment. It's a quiet place unlike Kos and our 7 days stay was incredibly relaxing.

Excellent staff, very friendly & helpful! Good breakfast, very nice pool, good location with many beautiful beaches around to explore, all very different! Nice restaurants, tavernas - I would recommend the Mylotipo cafe/restaurant and also the Maistrali, both 5 min drive in Kefalos and both excellent!
