Very nice and perfect clean, small hotel. Nice and helpful staff and owner:). Calm nights. The breakfast was excellent, maybe too big portions for me, so I’ve asked for a half regularly. Four very nice sandy beaches in walking distance, they are all a bit different so you can make your choice daily and even snorkeling is very nice a bit deeper, on the rocky sides. Bus stop close to the hotel, buses circulating frequently to Chania. We (4 adults) have spent fabulous nine days there, discovering the region, (Balos, Stavros beaches, Chania, Rethymno, Theriso gorge) having great beach time, eating super tasty foods. We came home yesterday ready to return tomorrow. Bravo and thank you Mossa!

Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is just as you see on the pictures and even more beautiful. As this is very important to me the quality of bed and variety of pilows were amazing. Breakfast was a special highlight, with a rich selection of fresh ingredients that catered to every taste. We particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which was of a very high standard.Resaturant is also petfect place for dinner. Attention to detail was evident throughout, adding to the sense of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking the perfect place on Crete. I will definitely be returning!

Wonderful location 5 min walk to fabulous beach. Swimming pool and bar are perfect. There was plenty of shade as well as sun baking areas. Very relaxing and close to restaurant and bar . Apartment was cleaned every day and clean crisp white bed linen was changed every second day. The staff were very friendly and helpful they gave us excellent advice on what to see and how to get there. We loved staying here as we had been travelling from Australia for two months.

Excellent apartments, very quiet place situated very near some unspoilt beachy bays scattered around a small rocky headland with a cool sandy park under coastal pines. Katerina and Elleni make sure everything is as it should be for their guests and are very helpful and informative - lovely people who definitely go 'the extra mile' with their visitors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Apartments are clean, quiet and comfortable with everything needed for making light meals in the kitchenette. Some friendly eating places nearby, quiet beach bars and small but well stocked supermarkets very nearby. Very good bus connections into Chania city. Altogether a really great experience. Highly recommended, we were sad to leave and we will definitely visit again.

All beaches were clean and tidy.

All beaches were clean and tidy. Enjoyed by the locals, often staying past sundown. Lots of tavernas to enjoy. Short walk to 2 supermarkets if needed, well stocked. Bought cheap loungers from supermarket, which saved a huge amount on sunbeds, as we were there for three weeks!

All facilities were very close and easy to be used. Atmosphere was generally friendly and environment was peaceful. We had dinner in many restaurants near to hotel, like Telchinia, Farmer´s House, but the best one was definitely Restaurant Pergola!

Beautiful clean beaches that are not too busy. Excellent swimming for all ages. Lovely restaurants with plenty of tavernas. Great transport links ( bus service) to Chania. Relaxed vibe with friendly welcoming locals.

Lovely hotel with very hospitable and helpful staff. The facilities are great and the pool area very relaxing. The location is perfect if you wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of Chania , 3 beaches close by all beautiful. The 21 bus into Chania is very reliable.

Kato Daratso is a lovely beach location a couple of kilometers outside Chania centre which you can walk into along the beach in 15/20 minutes or take the bus which stops every 15 minutes at the top of the road and takes you in in 5 minutes for €1.20. The Theodosi restaurant is highly recommended. There are a number of supermarkets and pharmacies in the area. A peaceful location with beautiful beaches which is well worth a visit.

Vivid village with plenty of of restaurants and shops, even Lidl. There is car rental and also travel agency as well, in case you want a book an excursion. The beach is super sandy and there is surf/SUP rental. You can also find a very local cafe there (Sunset Café) where you can drink frappé, cocktails and eat salads.

Theos Apartments is fabulous choice for a stay on Crete near Chania town. Apartment was really spacious, well organized, clean, pool was great. The best part is staff - Katerina's family - friendly, always ready to help, prepare great and tasty snacks or drinks. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality, it made our vacation much better than expected :)

Amazing place to stay. Kyriakos and his family were just exceptional, so kind and supportive. Their house was immaculate, they even had ice cream for us in the freezer and drinks and fruits in the fridge. This was one of the best holidays for us in Crete because of amazing hospitality of Sky & Sea, so thank you for unforgettable memories. We will be back 😍xx

Wonderful hotel, the standard of accommodation was excellent and the staff were happy, helpful & efficient. Good sized pool and sunbathing area, it never felt busy. Breakfast was good. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach and close to many restuarants and shops. We would definitley stay again.

The hotel is very nice, very clean in an excellent location. The family that owns the hotel is very friendly. It is well deserved by the Chania bus every 15 or 20 minutes. There are 2 supermarkets at a short distance. This will be our favorite destination when we come to Crete.
