Staying was really amazing. Stuff was very lovely, helpful and professional. Hotel smells soo nicely. Room was very clean, has Netflix and YouTube subscriptions and fast room service via tablet. Definitely recommended and we will also come back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Sun, the room was very comfortable and with a beatiful view, the staff was really kind and nice, always helping and guiding us before and during our stay in Crete. Also, the breakfast was excellent, we could try a lot of things typical of Crete's kitchen and were delicious, and we can say the same about the restaurant, the waiters and waitress very professional and kind. They offer you a shuttle bus to the old town and the car rental service that they offer works really good too. We had a wonderful experience in Crete and we are so geatful for the treatment that all the staff gave us

The location was very good, the hotel was great but what was exceptional was the staff and especially the receptionist Mrs Dora. The way she greeted us - checkin and made feel welcome was really 5star professional. Maybe she should start teaching about it, cause many many places in Greece need her training. But additional to her - the staff in the breakfast were also friendly and amazing making the whole experience superb

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Royal Sun, the room was very comfortable and with a beatiful view, the staff was really kind and nice, always helping and guiding us before and during our stay in Crete. Also, the breakfast was excellent, we could try a lot of things typical of Crete's kitchen and were delicious, and we can say the same about the restaurant, the waiters and waitress very professional and kind. They offer you a shuttle bus to the old town and the car rental service that they offer works really good too. A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you...

A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you really need a car, as apart from a small supermarket, there was nothing else within easy walking distance (beaches, restaurants etc). With a car we had access to many beaches and to Chania, although we quickly reverted to using taxis for trips to Chania as paring there was nigh on impossible both during the day and evening. We ate in lots of different restaurants - all fairy good ( we based our choice on reviews) For evening meals, we found by booking a day in advance we could request a table at the front, which meant we enjoyed some fabulous sunsets with our meals.
