Huge bed! We were a bit concerned the listing only said double bed, we would really have struggled with a 4'6" but it was a king size!! So was the TV. Very comfortable room with lovely views to the pool and the mountains from the spacious deck. Good choice of breakfast with eggs cooked to order and the best cup of coffee ever. Although there's no full time restaurant the taverna next door is in the same family with a very comprehensive menu. The wood oven pizza was excellent and prices all very competitive. And the live rock and roll at Posto di caffe is the icing on the cake. We will be back! The beach is very close, just a short walk across the road and there's plenty of parking.

Stylish hotel with super attentive and friendly staff! Great breakfast with a good variety of foods and little surprises like additional pancakes for each hotel guest one day. Tasty 5 course dinner menu with changing offers each day. The room was beautiful, many details like the different indirect lights. Overall beautiful hotel, nice pool that wasn’t too crowded, very relaxing environment (not too small and not too big, perfect size of the hotel)! Main stars of the show were the hotel staff though, who were absolutely amazing making sure each guest had a great time, helping whenever you needed advice or had any requests (and they spoke several languages as well).

What a lovely find! We stayed for a week, the room was very clean & comfortable, lovely sea view. Plenty of storage. Fridge & kettle in the room, so nice to be able to sit on the balcony with a coffee after a day at the beach, and also have chilled beers to hand! The location was excellent, just a 5 minute stroll to the square or the beach. Great wifi, decent air con (needed). Excellent value for money would definitely recommend!

We loved this villa - the hosts were amazing and cooked for...

We loved this villa - the hosts were amazing and cooked for us when we arrived, and filled the fridge with food that we might want or need, we didn't leave the villa for the first 2 days! The pool was great and had sunshine until early afternoon, the covered area next to it was very useful for changing after a swim. The kitchen/living room/ dining area was open plan and was very cosy with a big fireplace (we didn't need to use it but I'm sure it's handy when the hosts are there in the winter months! The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were all a good size, one was a mezzanine with a bathroom underneath while the other 2 shared a bathroom. The grounds were quite extensive with different areas to sit, a barbecue and pizza oven, balcony outside the living room. The cats were there to keep away any mice and were generally well behaved - the hosts came to feed them every 2/3 days and left food for us to top up if needed, and they also cleaned the pool and watered the gardens too. Things to be aware of - the villa is outside of the village along an unpaved road (just the last bit) so a car is pretty essential, and it was too far for my husband to walk to the village taverna so we drove, but I'm sure it's walkable for people without mobility issues. Also, the turn into the drive is quite sharp and up a steep incline, but fine after 2 or 3 times doing it. And the views are amazing! The taverna in the village is fabulous, good home cooked Greek food and home made raki, well worth trying! Vryses is not far in the car for shopping and Giorgiopouli is also quite close for more eating/ drinking places and beach, also boat trips sometimes. We didn't do a lot of sightseeing because we were happy enjoying the peace of the villa!
