I booked a night with my husband, very beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms , towels , toiletries Apivita were amazing. Spa facilities very clean and well presented. A big shout out for the perfect and delicious breakfast 10/10!!!! Highly recommended.

Great location tucked away from the traffic and noise. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was comfortable. Elena, our host, was very welcoming and gave us travel ideas for our next segment of travels—they were excellent as she knows the surrounding areas well. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, don’t hesitate to get it. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

It was a perfect place to spent the weekend. There are many things to do. We visited the lake island and the castle as well and it was perfect. We liked it and i totally recommend it for a weekend trip if you want to do something different.

Ioannina offers history and stories around every corner.

Ioannina offers history and stories around every corner. Explore the Castle and museums on precinct, amble beside the lake or take ferry boat across to explore. Sit at lakeside cafe/restaurant or explore the myriad of options. We didn’t get to the caves but suggest this is a must visit if you have a car.

Ioannina is a small city with much to see, including museums, caves, the Castle, and the island in the middle of the lake. As a gateway to the natural beauty of the area, it was a perfect place from which to have day trips.

Ioannina is a fantastic vibrant city to visit, many cafes...

Ioannina is a fantastic vibrant city to visit, many cafes and tavernas to enjoy your stay. The hotel was just great and centrally located. The city come alive after dark and was a joy to walk the streets and side alleys with cafes, eateries and gift shops to please any tastes and desires.

Stayed just one night but wished we had stayed longer.

Stayed just one night but wished we had stayed longer. Beautiful walks beside the lake. Lovely island on the lake to explore with a fascinating history. Castle area also interesting and very atmospheric especially in the evening. The new town was extremely lively after dark with lots of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended visiting.

This place is perfect for any type of person!!

This place is perfect for any type of person!! You want a calm environment? This is the place for you. Inspiration? The place for you. Nightlife? Also the place for you. (paradoxically) Adventure? The place for you (but rent or have a car, 'cause these places are 1h or more by car, from Ioannina). There is something for everyone. Food is excellent: Our favorite is Nava, this is a Gourmet Restaurant, but they also have Pinsa and burger, etc. (Cocktails are topnotch as well!!). We also loved Balsamico, Arte (in the citadelle/fortress), and Cafe Chevalier (also in the fortress, amazing place to have a healthy drink, amazing coffee with artisanal ingredients, as well as artisanal home-made ice-cream with no sugar. The environment is poetical!). Ioannina is the perfect place for both day and night life. The fact that in the fortress is basically a neighborhood, makes this place even more amazing. It's like a city inside the city. It blew our minds... It's amazing for having a walk (day or night), eat, have a coffee, or visiting museums (the castle). There is also the island on the lake (Nissos) which is absolutely amazing! You get there by taxi-boat (20 minutes). We are seriously thinking of moving there some time soon if life allows :D <3.

The hotel is located 5min by car from Ioannina University and 10min from the city center. It is cosy and very nicely decorated! The room is modern with a comfortable bed and a/c. All the staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. They even arranged earlier breakfast time for one day, only to serve kids who had to report for an exam at the uni!

We loved the place, looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean and confortable, super close to the city center. Multiple solutions for parking the car, so no worries about this aspect. Host was really nice and helpfull. Self check in and check out, which is super convenient. We’ll super book this place again on our next stay in Ioannina.
