Beautiful property and lovely people working in hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Swiming pool beautiful, quite and perfect. Tried the spa, also the highest mark. Rooms cozy and comfortable. We were there for 2 days and had a great break and reset.

Exceptional and fantastic hotel! We stayed in a penthouse apartment. Such great rooms! The whole Interior was done with remarkable esthetics, with reverent attention to detail. Relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace, after a long day in Zagori, will definitely be a fond memory. The bed was large and confortable. Just the right softness of pillows. We had a fantastic and restful night's sleep. The bathtub in the open space and the design of the bathroom gave the bedroom a special flair. (my favorite feature in the apartment 😀) The hotel staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Our special thanks to Georgia who made our stay memorable and fulfilled all our requests in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Excellent communication with the hotel before and during our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice and tasty local selection. I would suggest giving some more breakfast choices for vegetarian guests. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it for a stay in Ioannina! We will definitely be back for another long weekend!

Located above the lake, so lots of winding roads but easy to find. You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

Great location tucked away from the traffic and noise. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was comfortable. Elena, our host, was very welcoming and gave us travel ideas for our next segment of travels—they were excellent as she knows the surrounding areas well. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, don’t hesitate to get it. Overall, very pleased with our stay!
