The pool and view from it were lovely. We could see the sea from our balcony on the side of the building. Great to have a good breakfast too. Restaurants were fairly close and offered great food at reasonable prices. Not sure why, but my sat nav wrongly directed us to another property in the town, rather than a little further outside it. It was quiet and not far from Delphi where we travelled the next day. It was too windy to try the beach that day.

The town has two coves used as harbours.

The town has two coves used as harbours. The yacht marina has many restaurants and pubs. There are several expensive hotels in the town and a few less expensive ones, as well as shops and a pharmacy. It is a charming, small town with many streets for walking by the sea. An Orthodox church stands tall above the town. which itself has a very long history, dating back to the 8th century BC. I was there in mid-September - no crowds, very pleasant stay.

This place is absolutely charming.

This place is absolutely charming. There are a number of small beaches right across from the village, many with a shower, changing cabin and umbrella. The harbor can't accommodate large boats so it's very serene with lovely views and a quaint town. I would like to come back here and stay for a week just to relax.

A picturesque old town that has maintained its character (unlike nearby places like Itea). There is not a lot to do; a couple of days would suffice for Galaxidi; however, you can use it to explore the area. For example the orqacle of Delphi is 30 mins away. Arachova is not far. Nafpaktos abotu 40 mins away. So Galaxidi is a great place to use as a base. In Galaxidi itself there are plenty of good restaurants and tavernas as well as bars and coffee places. Do not miss a visit to the naval museum; it is worth the time to see the excibits and understand the history of Galaxidi.

Small Greek town with a lot of restaurants in the harbor. However, avoid those restaurant owners calling you a "friend" and pulling you into their restaurant. Anyway, a nice relaxing place after the tourist inferno of Delphi.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Galaxidi. Stella was a brilliant host who met us at the property-which was her childhood home- to give us the key and information about air-con etc-We felt like guests in a real Greek home. There were supplies in the fridge for us, including ingredients for a Greek salad, fruit and water. Stella also gifted us an amazing cake. The large balcony/verandah was a really beautiful place to hang out in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect.

I went to Galaxa Mansion with my husband and 10 years old child in June this year. It is a beautiful little hotel so well located in Galaxidi, beautiful vue, divine terrasse, adorable bedroom, lots of charm, peaceful. We learned a lot about the town by chatting with the owner of the hotel which made the stay even more interesting. We loved our daily evening aperitif on their terrace. Absolutely charming place, I will definitely send my friends and family there.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful. The room had a charming French style, and the beautifully painted ceiling gave us a wonderful feeling as if we were in France. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The location was also very convenient, situated in a square with several shops around, making it easy to explore the local area.

Despina was a delight and looked after us wonderfully. The view from the balcony was just a fabulous thing to wake up to every morning. The location is on the much less commercial of the two harbours in Galaxidi so quieter whilst still being convenient, just a short walk through the lovely village square to the other harbour with the yachts and restaurants. Parking is easy. We loved our stay at Pension Hirolokas.
