The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Comfy sun loungers and the pool. Staff was extremely helpful and really nice. Breakfast was nice! Portions on the smaller portions, but you can order as much as you want and a great way to get to taste everything on the menu!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. We did like the friendly staff that make us feel cozy during our stay into Lilium Luxury Suites. We had breakfast included (till 10:30 a.m. ) and we did like the large variety, local products and also fresh orange juice and lemonade which were included every day. The great beach bar is in front of the suites ( less than 5 minutes walking distanance), the supermarket is under the suites and you can find all you need. There is also a great local restaurant next to the Suites named Spiti ( try the Cretan salad :)) and is open for lunch every day ( as most of the restaurants opens around 16:00). The location is quite good with easy access to everything in and around Agia Marina.

The Mossa hotel was amazing, very highly recommend. We have travelled all over Europe and the customer service here was amazing, extremely accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located just outside of Chania where you don’t have to deal with traffic or busy streets. Right across the street from a park and plenty of running trails as well as 3 different beaches within 5 minute walk. Parking is right out front. The breakfast is delicious and a lot of food. Rooms are large and very clean.

Facilities and hotel view are fantastic. Breakfast menu was very awesome and complete. Hotel room was clean, very comfortable. There are a few beaches close by - all accessible by foot. My favourite one was the Iguana beach. I will be back soon!

We had such an amazing experience at Domus Noruz—it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible, always kind and helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. A special thanks to Christina, who was wonderful and gave us some really nice local tips that made our stay even better. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was just spot-on. It was one of those places where everything comes together perfectly—the people, the space, the service. We’d definitely come back and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and easygoing experience in Chania.
