Modern, clean hotel in a calm area within a walking distance from the old town. We especially enjoyed freshly baked homemade pies for breakfast and an Italian restaurant Piazza di Toscana nearby :)

Everything was wonderful. Slightly aside from the Old Town hustle and bustle, yet close to everything. Facilities are extraordinary, no question about it! The staff is attentive and friendly, always welcoming and helpful. I’m highly recommending this fantastic boutique hotel to everyone whom seeks a unique experience and atmosphere.

It was clean, modern, spacious ( to fit our large suitcases) and had all the things we needed- kettle, iron, coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Just wonderful! Loved the atmosphere with the cute little pool in the courtyard and my bedroom was beautiful and so well designed. It was small but perfectly formed. Quality towels bathrobes slippers and a cute canvas bag with towels for beach was great! I felt so comfortable and relaxed here and will definitely return with my husband. Great kitchen for those who want to self cater and constant complimentary water coffee tea etc it would be ideal for a private group to book the rooms and have the place together with a kitchen like that and a great front living area. In all my travels I never met anyone as sweet as the cleaning lady she was adorable with a heart of gold and she works so hard and has the place gleaming! Even without English speaking we could communicate and I loved meeting her. The manager was a very nice lady with lots of information about the history of the house. I will be back! :) Oh and the bed was perfect as was the pillows and good pillows are hard to find in hotels!

Very friendly stuff. The room was very clean and orginized. We used the room that includes sauna and it was amazing! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a nice place to relax,in the center of Rethimno .

I spent a very nice vacation at Swell Boutique. The hotel has a very good position, on the first line to the beach, you can hear the sea from the room. It is located very close to the old center. It is very clean, we thank the ladies Ofelia and Stefania for this. The breakfast is very rich and diversified with very good quality products. A plus is the freshly squeezed orange juice served at breakfast. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. We thank them for the beautiful and quiet vacation we spent in this hotel.
