My boyfriend and I stayed at Maison Meltem at the beginning of April, and from the moment we arrived—it was magical! Olivier, Yannis, and Hera welcomed us so warmly into their beautiful home and venue, creating an unforgettable experience. Every single detail was thoughtfully curated—the food, lovingly prepared by Yannis, was absolutely delicious, the rooms were serene and helped us truly connect with nature, and Olivier stayed in touch from the moment we booked to make sure everything was perfect. It’s hard to put into words just how much care and love went into every part of our stay—from the decor to the toiletries, everything reflected deep appreciation for the island, the art of hospitality, and the guest experience. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last!

We arrived to Castello hotel Emmanuela and Antonia at the reception was amazing The manager of the hotel Giorgos meet us at the reception and give us the best service that u can’t imagine and take care for any request For all our period. Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. Don’t miss the BB in the room -it’s special and fun. This is perfect place for a calm vacation. We were living in the Hilltop with a stunning view of the garden and on the other side of the hilltop we could see the beautiful sea. Workers are very friendly in the hotel. And the breakfast was very tasty. Also we odered massage and spa and we liked it very much. It was fantastic vacation. We would like to come again.

The views were absolutely stunning and the hotel was clean, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best ones we had during our trip around Crete. All in all every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations in every way; we are not the type of people who visit the same hotel twice, but we might consider returning to Pela Mare!

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!
