Very friendly staff. The location is great, the room was clean, organized and welcoming. Parking was available inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was good as well, the climatisation system and the room's design were good as well. A bit expensive for sure but I'd definitely come back one day.

Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

We had a great stay! The room was big and spacious, clean, felt new. And the view.. Amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The hotel is not located in the city center (but not very far), which for us was exactly what we wished for - peace and quiet. The breakfast was great and also the dinner at the restaurant!

Angela and staff were great. Angela couldn't do more to help. Gave good advice to where to go for attractions and restaurants to eat. Fabulous breakfast served. More important was the bus stop out the front of apartments going to Stavros and Chania as driving there looked frightening.

Absolutely lovely family owned hotel. They made us feel very welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room had air conditioning and the room was cleaned every day. They had free wifi in the hotel area. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool for swimming and chilling. Good location to the airport and the centre of Chania (by bus or taxi). Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay and would love to stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. The location is great, the room was clean, organized and welcoming. Parking was available inside and outside the hotel. Beautiful hôtel with beautiful swimming pool and view of the town and sea. The rooms were normal size. The staff at the front desk were exceptional in always making sure everything was good and very helpful with planning places to visit. The staff at breakfast and the restaurant were very friendly as well with a superbe buffet breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. To top it off there was a free shuttle service to and from center town which made it so easy to go out to est and shop. Highly recommend the hotel

Angela and staff were great. Angela couldn't do more to help. Gave good advice to where to go for attractions and restaurants to eat. Fabulous breakfast served. More important was the bus stop out the front of apartments going to Stavros and Chania as driving there looked frightening.

Absolutely lovely family owned hotel. They made us feel very welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room had air conditioning and the room was cleaned every day. They had free wifi in the hotel area. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool for swimming and chilling.
