- The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made our stay so much better. Thank you! - The location could not have been better, as it is walking distance to everything in town. We also jogged to the beach (although, it was super hot and not recommended on a hot summer day). - With the breathtaking views, we enjoyed reading on the terrace and having breakfast. - Breakfast was nice. The staff asked us every morning if we wanted fresh orange juice and coffee, which they brought to the table. - Easy parking on the big public parking lot for free, just a block away from the hotel. - Drying rack outside for wet towels and swim suits.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Christos and his family made me feel so welcomed. I had travel issues and it was easy to communicate with them. The breakfast was really good and much was homemade. Beautiful view from my room. Super comfy. Super clean. Close to the beach!

A very warm recommendation!!! The apartment is lovely and has exactly everything you need. Clean and pleasant. the separation between the space for children and adults is excellent. The beach is stunning and is a 3 minute walk, it was great. The most importantly the owner is lovely!! and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely come back again.

The place has a parking place, an open garage which is a very big plus for the area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bedrooms are big enough and the beds comfortable. The host welcomed us with a basket full of fresh local vegetables and fruits, home made jam and aromatic herbs. And also great olive oil. Last year we booked one week over NYE in Alexandre House 2. We loved and decided to come again with a bigger group and book both the upstairs (Alexandre House 2) and downstairs (Alexandre House 1) apartments. We are in love with this place. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, all the commodities are available for a short or long stay. A big bonus is the beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees. The hosts are very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The view from the apartment is just great and the location is perfect.

Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.
