We were greeted by Manolis and felt very welcomed from the first second! Got the seaview room on the second floor and could not complain about anything. Parking is easy just on the street in front of the apartments, we had the best view to the sea/port, slept like babies, restaurants and shops straight at the door, breakfast plentiful and delicious etc. I would recommend staying at Poseidon Apartments when you´re coming or going through Sami port, the Agia Effimia village is much more cuter and chillaxed than Sami :) Worth the drive.

Aki was a great host. The location was perfect with parking next door and a short walk to everything. Myrthos beach is only 15 mins by car. The studio has everything you need and is amazing value.

The location was great. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and fan required for the early part of the day.I liked the common garden and the access to the sea in front even though I didn’t get a chance to use it.

Close to local tavernas, cafes, and supermarkets. Balcony overlooking main harbour. Room kept spotless by Adela (?spelling) the friendly cleaning lady. Property manager, Angeliki, very welcoming, and provided surprise baked treats, as did Adela. Would gladly stay again.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at this amazing place! The house is located in a quiet area, away from the buzz of the island, yet perfectly situated to easily reach the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need — it truly feels just like home, with everything at your disposal. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner with your loved ones. Mrs. Olga is absolutely delightful, offering all the support you need and very helpful advice. We will gladly return to this place!

The staff was exceptional and the room was perfect! The madras was wonderful and we had a great view of the ocean from our room. Again, I need to complement the staff. Our 2nd time at Ionian Emerald. Love the location, from here you can easily take daytrips to beaches, other villages or rent a boat. And take a short walk along the coast to Sami. The staff are friendly, fast and always smiling. Perfect rooms and excellent food. Try the lobster pasta! And the orange cake! We will come back next year :)

It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm.

It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm. Great restaurants and lovely beach for snorkelling on the way to Paradise Restaurant. Sea crystal clear and warm. We visited here 34 years ago and yes it has changed but not too much and did not disappoint. Could have stayed for months! The locals were very welcoming. Can't wait to return.

I made a lot of research before choosing where to stay in Kefalonia. I think it it the best location. the distances to the main beaches are short. it is absolutely amazing the entire island. family and pet friendly. amazing small beaches as well. good food.

Ayia Evfimia is a small port town.

Ayia Evfimia is a small port town. It has some lovely little beaches which offer good snorkelling. The bars and restaurants are good quality and the people very friendly. It was pleasant to walk along the sea front in the evenings. It's a good base to visit other beaches and towns (you need a car). I managed to find a quiet road to run in the early morning, but it's all uphill!

Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you...

Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Offers peace and comfort away from crowded places. Almost daily we visited the nearby traditional tavernas, offering delicious, local cuisine. Probably is good to be with own or rented car in order to be more flexible in transport over the island.

We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also...

We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also Antisamos beach. What we did not lile was the neighborhood since it was too quiet at night. Next time we would prefer somewhere in Fiskardo, Argostoli or around Argostoli.

Lovely little resort. Just what we were looking for. Small and fairly quiet but lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars. Not too busy. Perfect for us. The only down side was the nearest beaches were very small and not really great. We had to go into Sami twice to find a good beach with sunbeds.

The appartment was very well-located, and it was very quiet. It has a very big balcony with the sea view and it is very relaxing, expecially in the evening. The kitchen has every facility you need. I would totally recommend it, especially for families. We were more people than the capacity of the appartment, however, the owner made it possible for us to have a comfortable and pleasant time. The owner of the appartment was very friendly. I would definitely choose to stay to this appartment again on my next trip to Kefalonia.

Beautiful setting with fantastic sea views from the front appartments. ( See view is a must) Extremely friendly and accommodating owners. The appartment was spacious and cleaned daily. The property is on a steep hill and there were 30 steps up to our third floor appartment. There is a lift in the main block but not in the two annexes. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Agia Efimia is a wonderful little village with a number of quality restaurants within a short walking distance of the property.

The room and hotel were basic but very clean & our bed was big and comfortable (2 single beds pushed together but with 1 large mattress). We were impressed with the decent breakfast spread where there was good coffee, delicious yogurt & granola and more. Staff were also polite and helpful. It is a great and more affordable option for accommodation with a good location to explore the north of the island - in addition, it is 1 minute walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets etc.

Stavros is among the best host I have ever met! Kind, professional, always ready to help, respectful. The studios are new and they have everything you need to spend a great holiday! It was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, and nothing was out of place. The view is spectacular! Location is great, with everything you need in a 10 mins walk: pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Greatly recommended to enjoy your trip in Kefalonia!

Wow wow wow. I wont writr too much because i want a place there next year! But, it's an awesome villa with great facilities. New, very clean, my boys couldnt leave the pool, we sat with a glass of local wine on the porch looking at the calm waves after beautiful days in kefalonia. Thank you guys for an outstanding experience in the beautiful quiet Aghia Effimia
