From the moment we arrived, parking was easy, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming--you felt at home instantly. The owners and staff are there to make your staff homely and first class- The breakfast menu together with the views and friendly service complimented the first class venue- The room, the bed and the shutters made our first night rest made it homely- Walking distance to everything you, sun, beach, food, service and relaxation-- i was prepared to cancel the rest of the trip and stay there. The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.

I enjoyed a truly relaxing vacation by the sea, away from noise, traffic, and distractions. It was the perfect peaceful escape. The staff at the reception in the mornings were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the waiters, including some delightful sisters, were always warm and accommodating. The rooms had a charming, old-style decor, but they were spotless and well-maintained. The housekeepers diligently cleaned and prepared our room every day, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It was a wonderful experience of tranquility and friendly service.

A wonderful accommodation. I stayed in apartment number 2. It is a spacious apartment, with a generous balcony, where there is a table and chairs where you can have breakfast or drink coffee. The linen was very clean. Beds and doors do not creak, which for me is an important aspect. The mattresses are comfortable. Cleaning is done once every 3 days and the garbage is picked up daily. There is a very nice playground in the yard. There is also a restaurant. The owner is a very kind gentleman. When I arrived at the location, I found a bottle of cold water from the house in the refrigerator, which was very welcome when you come back hot from the road. The kitchen is modern and clean. The bathroom looks wonderful. Modern and very clean. The faucet from the shower and the one from the sink were very clean, they didn't even have a stain on them from splashing water. There is a parking space in the yard, a covered parking space, which is very ok, because the car does not sit in the burning sun all day. Lidl is 15 minutes away by car. We felt very well at this accommodation and if we come to the area again, we will definitely come

This apartment is part of a big house of two, located in a nice shared garden, a few minutes walking distance from the beach. It has a great balcony with sea view, a large living room (with three sofa beds and sea view) and two very spacious bedrooms. Everything works, we had zero concerns, issues or problems. It's a stress free choice of great value for money and the host is a lovely person.
