The host was welcoming and helpful, providing brilliant recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. The property itself was spacious and had a balcony, which gave us the most perfect vantage point for enjoying the olive groves, the sea, and the sunrise. The unexpected bonus of a daily maid service made our stay feel comfortable, just like in a hotel. It was one of the best places we have stayed in terms of value for money.

Everything was perfect! We were given a beautiful room – since it was the end of the season, the host kindly upgraded us to a newly renovated, nicer one. The yard was lovely and well kept, with parking available. Cleaning was done every other day, and we even received fresh towels the day before our departure. From our bed we could watch the sunrise over the sea every morning – such a breathtaking view! Chris and his family were incredibly kind and helpful. Within a 15-minute walk there’s a small hidden bay, the beach is only a few minutes away, and another larger beach can be reached in about 20 minutes. Small shops and nice restaurants are just a short stroll from the property. For car rental, I recommend the little restaurant just across the street – Angela there is also very kind and helpful.

This accomodation is high above standard. Very authentic, beautiful, right on the seaside. The apartment has a lot of space, and very stylish rustic furniture. The host family is soooo friendly, the host is always available by phone and is at the guests' disposal to answer any questions.

The best holiday of our lives! We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.

Perfect breakfast. Amazing space, we had everything we wanted, incredibly accomodating staff. People reponsible for drinks and table seating were amazing. Loved our stay here , wish we could have stayed longer. It was such a clean villa with plenty of room for our family. Great host who responded quickly to any problems we had . Loved the location due to the time of year we stayed there wasn’t much open but it didn’t spoil our holiday

Amoudi is a lovely little village - so peaceful but has a good few restaurants within walking distance. Plus a well stocked little supermarket for all every day needs. It’s not a bustling resort like some others nearby.

Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to yearn to come back again and again .It is a quiet place but will make you welcome and is a beach lovers paradise .Plenty of good quality places to dine out at reasonable prices. Met numerous people who were regulars at the resort and I can understand why they come back again and again. I am hoping to do the same myself at my earliest opportunity and will advise other friends to do the same. One way I judge a holiday is how sad you are to leave and we were all pretty low.

The village is very small but quiet.

The village is very small but quiet. The beach is not deep, there are no beach resorts but some good places with swimming pools and beach bars. With a half-hour trip you can reach every point of Zakynthos. If you have a car, the location is ideal for visiting the whole island.

The village is quiet and very 'old Greece' but with a good range of restaurants and tavernas. The village is off the main bus route, so if you want to explore the island you will have to hire a vehicle

Amoudi is a beautiful place. Very peaceful. Lovely beaches. Several restaurants, some overlooking the sea. Small enough to walk around. Have stayed in villa corali and remezzo apartments and would highly recommend both.

This is a beautiful hotel located right on the sea front with a lovely pool and views. The location is great for people with cars as you can access easily other great locations. The staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations.

The non touristy town with a couple of good eating places, you can walk directly into the ocean from the hotel, very nice and a super market and car hire right next door.
