Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

Where do I even begin, the rooms were spacious and clean. We got a jacuzzi with our room so it was amazing. My partner had organised a surprise for me in the room for my birthday and the staff were nothing but helpful. The hotel is right next to the beach. (5 min walk ). The hotel was very updated and new. The pool area was great with a great a swimming pool and a few big beds to lay on. I’ve also never met such welcoming and kind staff anywhere. Always very smiley and wanting to help. We actually got really close to one of the waitresses as she was so radiant and lovely.

It was the most amazing experience in years. The hotel staff was so friendly and caring. O easily made a late check in, because a person was awaiting for me. The room is great and clean, free coffee and tea, two big bottles of water every day. They had animation during the day and some activities at the bar at night. All inclusive was indeed inclusive, amazing and fresh meat, fish, salads, local meals, and cakes there - you wouldn’t like to miss them. Location is perfect, the bus stop is near the hotel and sea is just 5 min away. Overall I would say this was the best experience so far, even that I travel a lot and have visited world class hotels.

Vanisko hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the car parked outside, you could leave the key at the reception and they would have moved it without even disturbing you and the car was always close to the entrance. The people of the hotel were the things I loved the most. From the people at the reception desk, always smiling and happy to help, to all the people of the restaurant, always available and nice. I really really loved it. I never seen such a high quality people in a hotel. Food was amazing with a large choice possibility. The swimming pool was outstanding and the room was so so so perfect. I got a free upgrade of the room and my room was literally stunning. Also all the cleaning ladies in the rooms where so nice and helpful. I really really reallly recommend this hotel. Quality price also was amazing.

All the food variety was always delicious like 10/10, there was plenty to choose from in every aspect, everything was fresh and so delicious. Everything what's your mind would like to get in your stomach, indeed a feast for the eyes and also the stomach. The personal was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect.
