We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. Super friendly staff, you feel like home. When the staff learnt that I am having a bday that day, they prepared a very nice surprised for me in the room. Such a nice people!! The room is big and has everything you need for a great holidays stay! Breakfast is delicious, especially the smoothie. The view from the hotel is breathtaking! Great location, just next to the best beach clubs in Agia Marina.

Arrived at 2 am and left at 2 pm the same day. Excellent handling of our uncomfortable check-in/check-out times. Breakfast was great, gym was nice, wifi worked well. Room was big, AC worked excellent, good drying solution on balcony etc. etc. Didn't see too much of the gardens and pool area but it all looked beautiful. Pre-booked transfer from Chania for 55 euros (2 ppl)
