Premises are like in fairytale, very romantic. All perfectly clean. Very nice staff for breakfast. A bit far away from main attractions (Firá, Oia), but we wanted to spend relaxing time, so perfect for this purpose. Rent a car if you want to see a bit of beautiful Santorini. With a car, all is quite short distance.

My stay at Santorini view hotel has been the most perfect stay I have ever had. The team was so welcoming and friendly, the receptionists were accommodating in terms of assisting us in renting a car, booking a tour, and recommending what to do in Santorini. The location is far from the main cities of Oia and Fira, which was a plus for me to avoid the noise. The breakfast was excellent, with great varieties. The view is breathtaking, I will definitely consider this property if I am returning to Santorini.

We stayed at Cape 9 as a group of 8 in two family villas and had an incredible experience. The villas were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views over the caldera. A wonderful place sums it all ! Staff are really nice , cooperative young people ! Many thanks and compliments for their hospitality! The hotel is located in the south area outside of Akrotiri with a beautiful view of the sea , the caldera and the cities of Fira and Oia. We had a bad experience with flight delays and rescheduled flight to Santorini so we arrived really late but the staff provided us with some salads (after kitchen hours) so we dont have to worry where to find some food. - again many thanks ! Also our checkout was really early so they offered us to-go boxes with some breakfast and coffee - very very pleasing , thank you guys !! Upon arrival we got upgraded as a special surprise and we got the Diamond Suite which was another positive moment after the awful travel experience we had - just lovelly how they treat the guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the overcrowded cities of Fira and Oia this is the place ! Location is beautiful and you can easily use a car rental company to go to where you need. The room was spacious with everything you need. Everything was perfect ! If you want to visit the other cities- Oia is a 40-50 min drive , Fira is 20 mins away so its no big deal.

Lovely village but getting very busy.

Lovely village but getting very busy. Restaurants were excellent and staff in them very polite and attentive. Greece is not cheap these days so you have to pay the same as in UK for meals etc. Wine is very expensive but nice to see that they only sell Greek wine in supermarkets and restaurants.

Akrotiri is a beautiful town.

Akrotiri is a beautiful town. I definitely recommend visiting the Akrotiri archaeological site, but the entrance fee of 20 euros is honestly way too expensive. The White Beach and Red Beach are nice, but not really our thing because they’re overcrowded. We preferred finding some quieter beaches instead

Bit farther from the crowded parts of the island, but missed nothing from the beatiful sunset views from the lighthouse area. Had a self-drive car to move all 6 of us, and it was fun seeing the main shopping streets and cafes of the island.

The place is amazing, with both red and black sand beaches that are truly unique. The food is delicious- we tried several restaurants, and both the service and meals were consistently excellent. The area is also great for hiking, and it's very peaceful, offering stunning views of the Caldera.

Akrotiri Was much quieter than the other side of the island (Oia). The village is small and has the small town feel. I am from a big city in the United States, so Akrotiri was a very different than home. Being Americans, and Black Americans to add, we stood out from the other people we encountered. We got a lot of stares, but most people were friendly. Akrotiri is beautiful. The village offers breathtaking views in every direction.

This is a lovely little hotel. We stayed for a few hours in transit whilst we waited for our late night flight out of Santorini. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely generous and accommodating sorting out our change of booking, when they could have justifiably played "hard ball". Nice little pool area with a lovely outlook, and we had a delicious snack before we left. The best shower we've come across after 4 weeks in the islands.

Cape 9 villas and suites is the perfect spot if you’re seeking a more quiet, laid back vibe to your Santorini island visit! The suite we stayed in was very private, spotlessly clean, huge comfortable beds and great shower pressure! Akrotiri is about 15 mins away where you can take a bus to Fira if you don’t want to hire a car. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and catered to our every need 😊

This studio was exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway in Santorini. It’s compact but thoughtfully designed, and the private patio was our favorite spot we watched the sunset with wine every night! The view is stunning, and the location is quiet but still close to the sights in Akrotiri. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. A hidden treasure!
