I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was not only spacious but also had a fantastic view of the beach and sea that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. They offer a great breakfast in a terrace with that same view of the beach. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

My first experience of traveling to Greece was very pleasant. Thanks to the hotel, staff, restaurant, customer care, I felt like in paradise. Very clean hotel, excellent service and sincere attitude. Amazing breakfasts in the restaurant, like a buffet, but cooked with love. A great start to the day was the meeting with the charming Maria, welcoming the guests of the hotel in the restaurant. And in the evenings, the kind Kostas greeted us in the restaurant. I want to say thank you to everyone in the kitchen. The family room (two small rooms) was clean, freshly renovated, large bathroom, shampoo and shower gel as a gift. The kitchen had a coffee machine and 2 capsules of coffee, tea, sugar for a couple of days, glasses, wine glasses, an ashtray, a wine opener. There were no cutlery and plates, but if necessary, this can be borrowed from the restaurant. The tap water throughout the island is undrinkable as it is highly chlorinated, we had to buy water from a nearby supermarket. I advise you to bring extra coffee capsules with you. The refrigerator also worked well. Cleaning was every day, one day light, another day more thorough, they also changed the towels. Very quiet and peaceful place with stunning views of the sea and mountains. We walked to the sea, it was a great cardio workout. Perfect hotel for a week's holiday.

Amass by the Sea is a hidden gem, from the moment we arrived we loved it, the host was so helpful and kind and there was cold water in the fridge upon arrival, great kitchenette with all you need, from salt pepper suger to coffee all utensils plates and cups, the room was so modern and a 20 second walk to beautiful crystal clean water, the beaches were so beautiful and it was around several restraunts cafes and multiple shops

The hotel complex is well laid out.

The hotel complex is well laid out. Although set in a hill there are plenty of lifts if you don't like using stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to just relax by the pool by the bar or on your balcony. It's north facing so full sun in the morning. There is a good gym and a beauty spa. The evening entertainment is varied and of a good standard. A lot of the shows are held in an open air ampitheatre ideal for a summers evening. There is a regular bus run by the hotel down to the local beach which is helpful as the road down is steep and narrow. The restaurant is excellent. The choice and quality of food is outstanding and delicious. The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. If you like an all inclusive holiday where you can laze around be active then this is highly recommended.

Food was outstanding, their for 10 days and ever meal I had was different, yes you could have the same things if you wanted to but I like to try different foods so this was great, also the desserts were delicious everyday something different, hats off to the chef.

I liked the sea - we were in October and the weather was perfect. We took a boat for self boating - no license is required and it was great. We had a very good sea experience, swimming, free diving (snorkel) and jumping from the boat... we could see a sea turtle and flying fishes... we mostly cooked our own food in the villa. We drove to visit Chania and Heraklion.

The beach and the waters are not bad. Everything else unfortunately is: getting there, inadequate road signs and parking space, the village and the roads are a total mess. The cafes and bars reach almost to the water, over the sandy beach, which is unacceptable.. Too much tourism, too little space..

I want to thank to the all staff for the great service! The hotel is big and there are many places to walk and relax. The territory is very green and well-groomed, very beautiful views. The hotel has a private beach. Delicious food! Despite the fact that the hotel is huge, there was no discomfort, the service was at the best level. We had a wonderful week at this hotel, we really enjoyed staying in a suite with private pool. It was quiet, away from the busy area of the hotel, and the sunrise views were spectacular. The whole hotel team made sure that we had the best possible stay and we really appreciate their help. Lovely hotel breakfast, great restaurant and room service menu, fantastic housekeeper with great attention to details... we wished we had stayed longer!

The location is excellent. The hotel is on the beach. It has its own pool, sunbeds and bar. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. They have large terraces with a view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Agia Pelagia is a picturesque place. It is located in a bay, which guarantees that you will be protected from large waves and that you will always be able to swim.

Superb - What previous guests thought, 266 reviews

The stone cottages are very characteristic. Ours had a terrace with a breathtaking view: definitely the best thing about this hotel. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very kind, waiting for us and welcoming us with a smile even though we arrived quite late due to various setbacks.
