Green House 2 is set in the most beautifully appointed garden space, away from the main road. The garden is wonderfully zoned, so you’ve got shaded outdoor seating areas to sit, eat and read in, as well as space around the raised area near the immaculately maintained pool and an outdoor shower area. Despite that serenity, it is within walking distance of some of the most wonderful places to eat we’ve ever found during travels in Greece. The accommodation at Green House 2 is immaculately presented - impeccable. An open plan space with a master bedroom, centred around a lounge/kitchen/dining area leading on to a further twin bedroom (which we used as a dressing room as there is only the two of us) and the bathroom/toilet. Plentiful storage and hanging space for whatever you’ve brought in your suitcase is available. We were greeted with a fridge full of those holiday essentials - fruit, wine, cheese, bread and eggs and cupboards were stocked with tea, instant coffee and sugar. All you need to get started. Aircon, Wi-fi, a contact grill (?), what more would anybody want? Replacement bedding and plentiful towels were on hand for the duration. All in all, Green House 2 is a perfect retreat for those seeking a home from home to unwind and relax in. AND, when it all gets too much, just throw yourself in the pool for a while then dry off with a book in the late afternoon as the sun goes down.

The hotel was amazing, just 10 mins from the old town, but already a few steps away you can find the sea and some nice bars. The staff was super friendly they always had some nice words and our room was very clean. We had a sea view room, which was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was also great we spent 4 nights there and besides the basics they always tried to bring some variety. We had a great time here.

Excellent stay, breakfast and view from the room and restaurant. The pool is clean & the food is good. The best part is the free shuttle to the city centre which takes 6-8 minutes, make sure to book it in advance especially during peak season. The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.

El Greco was one of our favourite stays on our trip! From the moment we arrived the hotel looked gorgeous, the staff were welcoming and generous and we were absolutely thrilled with the location. The room itself was lovely and the included breakfast was delicious. Chania is a beautiful town and we can't wait to get back and stay at El Greco again!

The apartment is on the ground level, which helps with cooling down during the day, separate entrance, immaculate and tidy, quiet neighborhood, a fully equipped kitchen, close to supermarkets and some very good tavernas; within walking distance to the beaches; easy access to bus stations if you feel like spending the day in the old town or exploring the island. Our host was amazing, lots of treats and surprises during our stay, they brought famous Cretan hospitality to another level, definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Great communication with owners before to agree on check-in and friendly welcome who shared information about the local area and other places to visit. Villa was within 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets but still in a largely quiet area away from the main road. Great size pool that the kids enjoyed!

This apartment is luxurious. Perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. I am delighted 👌 Perfect location close to restaurants and shops. Contact with the person renting without a problem. If you want to spend your vacation in luxury, this place is for you 🤩 I recommend it!

I stayed for 3 weeks. There were nice treats at the beginning and mid-stay. The host was helpful and kind. He even helped me find the tour agency so that I could see more of Crete.
