Very nice hotel, with very welcoming people. Our room (106) had a wonderful view and was very comfortable. Everything was new and worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good - nice variety of classic things (eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals), but also some local items (e.g. lychnarakia). Very nice beach under the hotel, reachable by going down a path with 40-50 steps or so. It was worth it and the hotel provides a portable umbrella for the beach. What was outstanding was the hospitality of the staff. Meeting every request with a smile and making us feel very welcome. Would definitely prefer to stay here again.

Everything was perfect in this hotel! We rented two deluxe rooms and they were very stylish, modern and beautiful. Everything there is renovated and clean. Staff was amazing they answered all our questions and were really helpful during all vacation. For instance, we ordered airport transfer through the hotel and required later check-out and it wasn't an issue. Rooms were cleaned every day! Also breakfast was tasty, we had everything that we needed.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

This is a small white block of studios with a pool and a lovely elevated view of the village (Makry Gialos, Southern-East Crete). The studios are perfectly arranged and clean, the lady owner is very friendly and amusing. It is not impossible to reach the place on foot, climbing up the small road but generally you would need a car - because the village is several kilometers long parallel to the sea, and there are many other places to visit in this very beautiful area of Crete.
