Callum was exceptionally responsive and proactive. He communicated with us before our arrival and during our stay. He was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The rock of Gibraltar was right outside our bedroom window. It was amazing during the day and surreal at night. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We were due to arrive quite early and the property owners agreed ahead of schedule for us to be able to drop our suitcases off at 11.30. However when we arrived at that time. They had been able to get the room ready already so we were able to check in well ahead of schedule meaning we had the day to enjoy Gibraltar without worrying about luggage. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need.

lovely hotel with super views over the bay of Gibraltar , we arrived early and we were given our room straight away . Antonio on reception was very helpful . rooms are quite large super comfy beds spacious bathroom too , good bar service & excellent breakfast we left feeling refreshed & will definitely return

Lovely apartment. Everything was practically brand new. It had everything we needed and a great location. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic. Wayne from Rockstays was extremely helpful and hospitable. If we come back to Gibraltar we will be sure to stay here again. 10/10.

It’s a nice, freshly refurbished apartment with all the basic things needed (including washing machine). It’s located on the quite side of Gibraltar with nice bay view. Would be perfect place to stay during summer. The communication with hostes were pleasant

The studio is much better than any hotel in Gibraltar! Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels. Host left a bottle of wine and water! Special shout about the rooftop pool,I had lovely time there in the end of November! And what a view from the roof!

The hotel is very centrally and conveniently located in Gibraltar. It has the most extensive cable options I have ever seen in a hotel. Every cable channel ... from Sky to BT sports to Sony to HBO was available in the room TV free of charge.

Clean comfortable studio flat in a great location, 10mins walk to both high street and ocean village. There are bus stops right outside the building which can take you to most attractions in Gibraltar. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. My wife and I also appreciate the extra little touches added for us when we mentioned we were there to get married.

Great location and a very secure building. Spotlessly clean. Amazing view of the rock. Excellent value for Gibraltar. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was a reasonable place to stay in Gibraltar and it was pretty clean.

WE were self-catering, but a lovely hotel restaurant did food all day.

Great central location to walk all over Gibraltar. Great staff too.
