Needed a place to stay the night while driving to Kazbegi. Could not have been more happy with this place. Family owned wine cellar with fantastic (seriously amazing!!) food, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The place has a beautiful little yard with fruit trees and a patio, where we could sit down take the edge off our hectic travel day and wind down. Highly recommend staying here. The family who runs this place are hospitable, service oriented, quality driven, and genuine. I also recommend eating dinner there, visiting the wine cellar and purchasing some wine bottles from them🤍 We only stayed there for a night, but would recommend to stay longer!

We had an unforgettable stay at this cottage right on the shore of the Zhinvali Reservoir. This beautiful place is run by a lovely family Saba, Tamouna and their adorable kid. We had a fantastic hospitality during our stay with individual attention to each of us from the hosts. They are very passionate and give the part of their heart n’ soul to make you feel comfortable and will get excited to get you on a journey to know more about the Georgian culture, customs, cousine, and, of course, kvevri wine making. Try out their amber wine, a blend of rkatsitelli and mtsvane, and it will immediately be the top of your wine choice. Hearing the Saba’s stories on the challenges of grape harvesting and wine making , you will be amazed on what a driven and a hard-working person he and his family is. The estate is very clean and comfortable and has an awesome pool for your tranquility and enjoyment. A terrace on the second floor will keep calling you every day to stand at gaze before a sunset and to view the Kazbegi mountain north of the valley. By the end of the 3rd day, we had a settled feeling we were visiting old friends or relatives and they shared their tendance and love that will stay with us. We will definitely go back and are recommending the Naubari Estate as a must visit place to stay!

We had a one night stop at the Villa. The pool and garden are really nice. different spots in the shade and a clean and large pool. Location is good near some bars, restaurants and shops. but nothing special. Owner doesnt speak english but the help of google translate did its magic.
