10 out of 10, I was truly inspired by so many great things - firstly, communication was very swift. Very welcome late night check-in. Breakfast was just amazing, Lia (I hope correct spelling) served us amazing, fleshly cooked 'shakshuka' typical Georgian breakfast. The swimming pool in Feb was very nice and warm and refreshing after breakfast (some warm head cover recommended, though). The room is super modern and advanced. Very warm! Fridge, microwave everything you need. You are doing great. Keep investing in the property! No TV, which we liked very much, you have amazing nature view 😀.

- nice and helpful host - very clean accommodation, (i think is newly built) - the host lives in a separate building downstairs which gives me a lot of privacy - i was also the only guest staying at the time, so I had the whole place - refreshing breakfast - amazing view at the balcony

The place is magnificent. It's located by the city-wall looking over the mountain range. The owners are very amiable and warm people. They produce their own honey, wine and have their own hens (hence eggs as well).

We have a clean room with a nice view of the hills. Bathroom is also clean. Hosts are very friendly, they allowed us to check-in earlier, give us tasty homemade amber wine and fruits. We didn’t use shared kitchen, but it looks fine and has everything you need to cook simple dishes. Also you can store your luggage after check-out. During our trip to Georgia it was one of the best places to stay for reasonable money.
