Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Perfect place for our group needs and our purpose. Beautiful quiet place in the nature, coutryside, in a little village. Fits for travellers, who value the nature and the privacy from bars and city rush. Very nice owners, very pleaseant, ready to help, but without any pressure on you. Just the way it has to be. This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

The property is located in the Jewish/French Quarter of Kutaisi. It’s a beautiful home with traditional decor complemented by tasteful modern touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the stunning all-glass veranda overlooking the river provided a lovely spot to relax in the evening. David was an exceptional host, offering plenty of helpful information to make my stay enjoyable. The experience felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying at a hotel, thanks to the warm and personal atmosphere. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the central square. The place was amazingly clean and very cozy. Many options for lighting the room. The bathroom looked new and squicky clean. The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We are already planning to come back:)

It was a remarkable experience to stay in this lovely small family hotel located in the heart of Kutaisi. As we past midnight, we were greeted by Giorgi who showed us the room and helped move in. The next day Giorgi and Mamuka showed us around Kutaisi. We've seen most important sights, restaurants and beautiful spots. The day after Giorgi and Mamuka helped us to organize a visit by car to the tourist spots outside of the city of Kutaisi (the amazing Prometheus Caves and the Canyon). Keep in mind that those spots are not walking distance and you can only get there by car, so without Giorgi's and Mamuka's help it would be harder for us to get there.

A great place to stay in Kutaisi. Looks a bit on the side, but in reality just a short walk away from everything (albeit on the hill, but you can take the cable car there too), while located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. Modern, well priced and clean. Tasty breakfast. And last but not least - phenomenal staff. Honestly, they are all very helpful and kind, but the lady with thick long black curly hair working night shifts (her name eluded me, unfortunately!) is a true star!
