Guesthouse Alvani is a wonderful place to stay. The garden is a very lovely set up area as well as the terrasse and the house. The hosts are very kind and helpful in every way. They have an authenic Tusheti family background and know everything about the area. The host Ms Naira is a cook and prepares the best food ever! We have not eaten so good on our whole journey in Georgia so far! It is the perfect place to rest and load up your battery before going to Tusheti :)

We only stayed with family for 2 nights, but during that time we received great service from wonderful people! Zurab made our stay absolutely comfortable and cozy. A pleasant and intelligent person with excellent manners and a warm attitude. The atmosphere was like a family home. Very clean, new spacious rooms and a full delicious breakfast with many options! From the photo at first it seemed like the room was very harsh on the colors and it put me off a bit. But after check-in there were no questions at all. Very helpful staff and very convenient that there was a restaurant on the first floor. Also really liked that the bathroom had pretty high quality and not cheap supplies. If I have to come again - I will stay in this hotel, as the current trip was spontaneous.
