Nice hotel very clean everything was above our expectations. The elevator is old but is clean and works perfectly. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly 😁. It's a very very nice place for affordable price .

Great location, very close to the beach,.At the same time easy access to transportation,small markets Around.They also have resto inside,good family food. Host is very nice and helpfull Lady/family. It was my second time staying there,i plan to go back for sure,. Also,great one if you go with kids,they can play around in safe and green environment.Hotel has lots of exotic plants and trees around. 💯👍🌿🌴🍀🌱🐚🐟🐠

Situated at an amazing location on hill top this resort has magnificient views of Batumi on the right and Black Sea long shore line at the front and even Turkey can be seen on the left while facing the sea. Hotel staff was amazingly courteous, even though the front desk was busy still the male staff at the desk checked in nicely even helped with me the luggage which is really highly appreciated. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds, a big tv and nice bathrooms with high tech sanitory ware. The room was on 5th floor which had a huge terrace with infinity pool and swing chairs. A great view a great vibe its totally worth it. On the same floor there was a beatifully wooden decorated billiard and snooker room with a nice small cozy library in a corner. Restaurant was also good, it was both outdoor and indoor but the outdoor was a good choice in a light warm and cold mixed weather having wide selection of food. Their trout fish was fresh and tasty. There was a spa inside with indoor pool also kids play area and one dedicated chess board room with good furnishing. Breakfast was included in the stay and there was a wide variety of food to choose from. Different types of cheese were of excellent quality and taste. Restaurant staff was humble, energetic, courteous, quick and welcoming. Overall it was a great stay I would call it a best place in Batumi as per my experience.

We recently stayed at the apartment with an amazing view and I had only positive impressions! First of all, the location itself was simply gorgeous - from the window there was a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. Every morning sunrise and evening sunset turned into a real spectacle! The apartment was very cozy and stylishly decorated. The spacious room with large windows created an atmosphere of light and freedom. All the amenities were in place: modern appliances in the kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, as well as comfortable beds for a good rest. The owners of the apartment were very welcoming and attentive. They provided all the necessary recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy a stunning view and comfort during their stay. I will definitely come back here again!

The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!
