We booked a normal room and the staff gave us a suite as a welcome gift. The day we checked in, got champagne and fruits with a nice welcome letter delivered to our room. Just an amazing experience. Top-class service, unbelievable place and atmosphere.

We booked this villa for a weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Giorgi was an incredibly gracious host, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing all the necessary details. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, both inside and out, and the property grounds, shared with the Ambassadori Resort, offer wonderful space for walks and recreational activities such as golfing, tennis, and horseback riding. 10 out of 10, I was truly inspired by so many great things - firstly, communication was very swift. Very welcome late night check-in. Breakfast was just amazing, Lia (I hope correct spelling) served us amazing, fleshly cooked 'shakshuka' typical Georgian breakfast. The swimming pool in Feb was very nice and warm and refreshing after breakfast (some warm head cover recommended, though). The room is super modern and advanced. Very warm! Fridge, microwave everything you need. You are doing great. Keep investing in the property! No TV, which we liked very much, you have amazing nature view 😀.

I loved the location half way between Tbilisi and Signagi. The Chateu is beutiful and perfevtly maintain. A home atmosphere , not like the big comercial places around Telavi. Mark the host and his parants were very welcoming. We had dinner, made by Marks mom and breakfest freshly made. The full georgian expiriance.
