We were warm welcomed here and I can easily say that from our entire trip through Georgia, this is where we ate the best. You can take the opportunity to cook together with the hostess who is véry passionate! Also the rooms are good and with good airconditioning.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. Perfect place for our group needs and our purpose. Beautiful quiet place in the nature, coutryside, in a little village. This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

The property is located in the Jewish/French Quarter of Kutaisi. It’s a beautiful home with traditional decor complemented by tasteful modern touches. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the stunning all-glass veranda overlooking the river provided a lovely spot to relax in the evening. David was an exceptional host, offering plenty of helpful information to make my stay enjoyable. The experience felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying at a hotel, thanks to the warm and personal atmosphere. If I return to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the central square. The place was amazingly clean and very cozy. Many options for lighting the room. The bathroom looked new and squicky clean. The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We are already planning to come back:)
