The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted me perfectly with booking a taxi and arranging my pickup at the destination. Even though I had missed breakfast, I was still offered a cup of coffee and a pastry, which allowed me to start my day well. A big compliment to Nino, Ana, and Lizy! Keep up the great work. We absolutely loved it. House is located in historic part of the city and is beautifully renovated to meet modern standards. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Also they served one of the best breakfast that we have ever had in Kutaisi. It was just so delicious, fresh, rich and truly made with care. But most important part is the hosts. They basically are inviting you to their home where they have done everything with love and care. And they treat you with same way. When we arrived, in the afternoon, we spoke to the woman at the desk as we had gotten in rather late in the afternoon. She made a check, found that the Prometheus cave was still open, and ordered us a cab so we could make it. The next day, after the same cabbie arranged to take us to Martvili canyon early the next morning, she packed us breakfast to take with us. Above and beyond. The room itself was great, with excellent bed. The pool, which we used in the evening, was also quite nice.
