The staff is very kind and professional, always ready to help in case of issues, and they will go the extra step to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The attention they provide is personalised to the client and that makes the experience unforgettable, hats off to them! The hotel itself is very cozy, mixing modern and ancient styles, and it is very clean. The breakfast was the best we've had in Georgia, the croissants are especially worth trying. The breakfast area turns into a restaurant in evening and, trust me, it will not disappoint either. The spa facilities comprise a sauna and a jacuzzi with lukewarm/warm water and it is privatised for you for one hour (need to arrange in advance). As for the studio in which we stayed, it offers breathtaking views of the Kazbegi mountains, is filled with all the required amenities and it has good soundproofing as well. The ceiling upstairs is actually quite high (about 185cm) so no issue to stand for most of us 😄

IT WAS PERFECT. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Chalet for 5 days and everything was amazing. The room we stayed was pretty big and clean, a bathtub was a great plus. Room temperature was great and I know it is hard to find in Gudauri :D It took 2 hours drive from Tbilisi airport to the Chalet. We mostly did our breakfast in the Chalet which was made by the sweetest Niniko. It was delicious. Niniko is a great cook and a really nice person she made us feel like our mom is with us :) And special thanks to Mamuka who is owner of the Chalet, took really good care of us. He is a hardworking, kind man. He did everything he could do for us. The location was great. Dear Mamuka drive us to the mountain everyday, it’s like 10 minutes drive to the ski area. Even though we came so early in the morning Mamuka greeted us and he answered quickly evet time I texted. Mamuka and Niniko definitely made our trip even better. WE LOVE YOU MAMUKA AND NINIKO COME TO TURKEY AND BE OUR GUEST PLEASE ❤️ I highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back to the Chalet.

Everything was perfect. The host - Marina was very hospitable and we all felt like a big Georgian family there. We had Georgian home cuisine both in breakfast and dinner which was prepared by Marina. The room was warm with a view to the mountains. Everything was tidy and clean. We will return to Hotel Toni again, the best experience I have ever had.

No village centre to walk around as you get with many ski resorts. Had to use taxis to get to selected restaurants - which were quick and efficient. Skiiing great value for money. Our hotel had great facilities - kids room, bowling, hot outdoor pool and excellent food in The restaurant.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes

Excellent ski, food , beverage facilities Very poor quality roads & traffic chaos in New Gudauri could be resolved with management. Visiting over 10 years to what was a nice small ski village, now too many large tour buses, & HGVs should not be allowed as the roads are too small. Too many Indian & Arabic curry houses popping up spoiling the local culture, as they are NOT Georgian or reflective of alpine climate mountain resort

Good value for money.

Good value for money. The road to go there is an issue but they prepare a detour for Russia. Lots of powder when we visited. Renovated installations. Few difficult pistes yet lot's of off piste ski space

Excellent skiing experience, cheap ski pass, overpriced food and hotels, awful infrastructure, no connection between parts of the resort except one road, which is also a major international trade root connecting Caucasus countries and Turkey with Russia, hence overcrowded with trucks, vehicles, dirty and dangerous for the pedestrians.

Describing this place is a bit of a challenge because it's not a typical hotel. It's a truly unique spot in every way. Each room has its own story to tell and style to experience! The staff here, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Speaking of the restaurant, it's hands down the best place to eat in Gudauri. If you ever find yourself in this area, I strongly recommend checking out this place for both a delicious meal and a comfortable stay.

An amazing family hotel, everything was great. We had a a few small issue but they were resolved quickly. All our requests were implemented and we have only the best emotions. The owners are amazing and care for you. Will definitely comeback here - next time in Gudauri.

I think this is a great value hotel for skiers with all necessary amenities including friendly owners and a tasty breakfast. Indeed at the end of my stay I booked to return to this same hotel for my next ski weekend at Gudauri.
