Just an amazing place! It's located far from Kazbegi Centre, far from any restaurants, shop, or groups of tourists - and that's Wonderfull! It's soooo quiet here, and the views are just stunning! The hotel is new and very clean, all the rooms have amazing views! They have good breakfast and a restaurant. This restaurant is the only place where you can eat, otherwise you have to take a taxi somewhere else(or have a really long walk). Restaurant isn't amazing, but it's okay. So if you want to get rested from the city - it is a perfect place to enjoy the silence and just breath and walk around.

A nice and quiet boutique hotel in Gudauri. The rooms are beautifully designed. I had an issue with my reservation, but they were able to find a solution. Olga and Shota are very kind and make a real effort to ensure a great experience. That makes the place a much better hotel than many others.

Excellent hotel with great customer service. The owner treated us to homemade wine, took us to the equipment rental place and then helped to take us back. Picked us up during a heavy snowfall. The cuisine was very tasty. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. It’s quite close to the Shino lift, but you still have to walk, but if Alpina works, it will be very easy and convenient to get to the slopes + the owner is always ready to throw you up to the lift.

This hotel and personal exceeded all my expectations. I never in my life I have been in such a cozy an amazing hotel in my life. The location, the fireplace, the cozy rooms with mountain views that literally made you feel you are in a movie. You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10metres from you to access to the ski slopes. All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream. I am a very well travelled person, I was in France and Switzerland skiing and never I have been in a hotel like Alpina. Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable. She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever. I highly recommend this hotel because is very difficult to find a better place to stay in New Gudauri.

We had an amazing stay here. It surpassed our expectations. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. It's easy to get to by car, and close enough to the other attractions in the area. The bed and the room were wonderful. It shows that it's a new hotel. Everything is fresh and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in Georgia. The bathroom is spacious & clean. Don't even get us started on breakfast - it was beyond amazing. Waffles, roasted pumpkin, fruits, potatoes, and so much more! Giga & his girlfriend went above and beyond in everything. They were super sweet. We spent so much time talking to him and we loved it. He also had some great recommendations for supper. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

So everything was good, it was a very cozy , nice place to stay,a very homely environment, there was an old couple looking after everything and they used to cook us amazing breakfast and they even let us cook things our self, once we made dinner in theyre kitchen. the rooms were super clean and they even let me do my laundry for myself without charge. it was like a home and with very pretty view, it is also near by a horse stable so one can take amazing pictures.
