We stayed for a family celebration and the whole stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly and efficient and accommodated our need for 2 ground floor rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed fabulous breakfasts and the family celebration went well. The hotel has lovely grounds and seating areas to enjoy.

The Casa Hotel is situated within a large Forrest area that reminds me of wonderful memory's when i lived in Windsor Great Park,The staff reception was very helpful and polite, the room was very clean with huge comfy king size bed , with nice views of the woodland , there was a kettle with tea coffee milk, the bathroom was very clean with bottles of shampoo and towels, A very good Breakfast choice with Coffees / tea machine A Wonderful place ! i will come back to this hotel again Many Thanks to the hard working Staff

Needed to stay locally to the airfield, perfect location. Was greeted by a lovely man and the gentleman serving supper was fabulous too, yes people say it's tired, but it is an older building. Breakfast was not available but that was not a problem. This is a lovely place to stay with lovely staff, and an incredible shower!

Staff were exceptional friendly, approachable and kind when we needed to change rooms twice at the start of the stay. Good location for local wedding venue. The staff were the only good thing about this hotel and I felt their embarrassment at the state of our rooms when we complained. They dealt with it in a fantastic manner and are a credit to this hotel. When the shower works, it is very powerful.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in for ages. The hotel is a little old fashioned, but this just adds to its charm. Dinner was superb in the Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel, and breakfast was fresh and had a great selection. Would love to return one day.

i like the location of the Casa hotel within a wonderful forest location which brought back memory's of living in Windsor Great Park , the room and facility's are very good and clean, the staff were very helpful and polite, very good breakfast choice, i would come here again.

Had a good stay given cost. Hotel is a bit hard to navigate up and down all the stairs but definitely fine for the cost.
