Fabulous place. Host really helpful and communicative. We were able to check in early at no extra charge. Super location, for parking or train station. Emmaculately clean. Comfy bed. Fresh milk, coffee pods and coffee machine. Shower gel provided. We thought it was superb value for money. Our friends also stayed one night and they were equally delighted.

A lovely city, large enough to have everything we needed but small enough to walk round. Some beautiful historic buildings, great setting on the River Severn, easy access from the M5. The city has a superb range of pubs, from historic buildings to micropubs, a great location for beer enthusiasts..

I stay outside Worcester but don't come from area.
Some places can be expensive, too expensive. Takes time to find what is reasonable priced.
Lot of roadworks, traffic diversions - very annoying and could understand people not visiting or staying long because of this.
Lot of cafes, but almost all closed for business by early afternoon - bit of wilderness for such cafes in afternoon/evening.

I spent 1 night and 1 day here with a specific itinerary - the historic ghost walk, the cathedral, Greyfriars, Tudor museum.
Worcester is very easy to travel to by train and car and to get around. There are some fantastic historic buildings, cafes and pubs. I stayed at Browns at the Quay and ate there. I also had a delicious afternoon tea at G&Tea. A very enjoyable stay - will be back soon to see some other things!

A beautiful town set in scenic setting, the river severn flows in the middle and there are plenty of car parks, and places to have a nice cup of tea, sit down, relax, take photos and enjoy qulaity time. The centre offers a good range of shopping. Plenty of food choices, best part majority Halal
This place is amazing, great location a stone's throw from the centre of Worcester in a lovely area with underground parking! The apartment itself is great, modern and exceptionally clean, 2 bedrooms, good kitchen, all the things you could ever need and more. Owners really go above and beyond with butter, bagels, milk and a nice little drink left waiting for you in the fridge. Wouldn't book a hotel in this area again, this will be my go to when on business in this area from now on.
Everything was perfect. The staff were brilliant, helpful, accommodating every request with a smile. The food was excellent, we had bar food, breakfast and dinner over the 2 nights we stayed and it was all delicious, beautifully presented and fault free. It is in a good location to visit Worcester, and beyond from. We felt it was great value for money and have stayed in more expensive hotels with far fewer good points. Definitely one to return to when next in the area.
The whole experience was good, the welcome and then seeing the room which had a separate seating area.
We had a evening meal which was excellent, served with a great house white wine.
Breakfast could not be faulted and the Debbie the Receptionist offered very personal service, such as popping up to our room to check for us if we had left anything behind, I had, my mobile phone !!!
The location is excellent, right in Worcester city centre with many restaurants, cafes, shops etc close by. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. My room was a good size, spotlessly clean and with a very comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. This was my second visit to this hotel and I would not hesitate in staying here again.
The room was large and had a very comfortable bed, plus two armchairs. The bathroom was very clean and smartly tiled.
Best of all was the view from the bedroom window over the gardens, with the River Severn flowing by. The hotel is directly next to the riverside footpath and is only a short walk from Worcester City centre.
Generally I liked this hotel. We had a twin room and a double for 1. Both rooms were a good size and had great showers (the best I can recall in a hotel). The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel was well positioned for Worcester town centre and access to the pubs, bars and cafes - and cathedral.
The room had an excellent view over the Severn and we enjoyed watching the large number of swans which swam up and down in front of our window. The accommodation was spacious and well furnished. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the centre of Worcester
Hotel is located very close to the station and is in a good position to explore Worcester. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looked after our luggage as we had arrived early and this enabled us to explore.
We were upgraded due to the hotel being full as we were staying for two nights, a very nice gesture
The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and so too was the breakfast .
The staff were polite and efficient.
Nice hotel, clean rooms.
Spa was lovely facilities but not clean - ladies toilet in the spa was very dusty, floors dirty and toilet not been cleaned for a long time. Spa floor where loungers were was also dusty
Beautiful old building suitably furnished for the style and age. The location, opening on to the river park walk, is perfect. The hotel is a nice size with a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely visit again.
Excellent accommodation, spacious, clean, well equipped, very quiet area but close to city centre, will definitely stay again when visiting my head office, beats any hotel room in Worcester!!
The English breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful.
The location next to the cathedral and main town centre was ideal
It was good value for a central hotel
Very convenient location for Worcester city centre with decent sized car parking although it costs £5 a day. The hotel has a lift. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast.
Room seemed to be recently updated, bathroom looked like new. Everything in the room was very tidy.
Location was very convenient for sport activities in Worcester
The room was clean and comfortable, the bar area and restaurant area was lovely, the food was excellent and the whole staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.
