We loved everything about our stay. Communication with the hosts before arrival was great. We arrived and were greeted on the drive and given the key. We were then offered a lift into Milton Keynes so we didn't have to pay for parking. The hosts gave us so much info on the local area and places to eat etc The coach house was perfect . So cool on a very hot summers day, little touches like biscuits, milk, games, toiletries amongst other things were particularly special. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend to everyone to stay here. What a hidden gem.

Winslow is a delightful, very English country village close to Aylesbury, Buckingham and Milton Keynes. Plenty of things to do in the area and wonderful country walks. Also, has quaint market town shops and grocery stores.

The weekend we were there coincided with the farmers market...

The weekend we were there coincided with the farmers market on the Sunday, which was lovely to experience. We visited Hogshaw Farm locally, and then went onto The Canal Museum, Stoke Bruerne and had a canal ride and ice-cream, visiting NT Stowe gardens the next day.

Winslow - full of history and very friendly people.

Winslow - full of history and very friendly people. Our host, Jeff, was very helpful, friendly and made us feel part of his family. Lovely local food - a home full of friendship, flowers and joy. Thank you Jeff for making our stay in Winslow so special. We visited Ascott, Claydon, Stowe and Waddesdon NT places of fame and beautiful gardens. An evening bell ringing with the local band was very enjoyable.

We only drove through Winslow itself on our journey, but it looked like a lovely place, and another time we would love to stop and explore. There seemed to be plenty of pubs where we coukd get a meal out if needed but we were attending Towersey festival so we were able to buy meals on the site anyway.
