Cool mini-hotel in a quiet little town. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. I had all I needed for a 3-week stay. Laura and her team do a great job to make guests feel welcome. There is quite a range of shops along the high street; the surrounding houses and streets are leafy and pleasant. I found a cafe for coffee / cake / light lunch and the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. There is quite a lot of traffic which drives through. There are great activities though as I was visiting family I did not wish to pursue them - there seem to be bowls [on a crown green - not ten pin], golf, plenty of Churches. Quarry Bank Mill [NT] is close by.

Just a short drive from the hotel.

Just a short drive from the hotel. Excellent park in the multi-store, only £2 for 2 hours! Coffee shops galore. Pefect for people watching, car spotting, and football player recognising. And, the charity shops have an up-market range of stock at very reasonable prize for the quality.

Wilmslow is a perfect place to visit Quarry Bank Mill and...

Wilmslow is a perfect place to visit Quarry Bank Mill and Alderley Edge. Alderely Edge has great views of the Cheshire Plain and folklore around the wizard, Merlin. both are within walking distance of Wilmslow. Many good pubs and restaurants, there is a local cinema and leisure centre, plus a park called the Carrs with its own beach.

Out of our 6 weeks holiday traveling around, Wilmslow was the best town we had been in. Loved the shops, the Juniper Cafe was amazing, all our food and our drinks were sooo good. Easy to find our way around and get a carpark. Lovely countryside too.

On arrival I had twin room booked , stated on app that we would arrive following day between 00:00 to 1:00. Hotel gave our room away and offered a double bed to us. This was not appropriate as and left me furious. Have since contacted hotel with no response. They made no effort on the night to sort situation. I paid for a twin room and expected to receive it on arrival. Instead I ended up sleeping on floor and believe I should be compensated for such a poor experience. I would expect the hotel make some effort to at least reimburse half the fair of the room as a result. To say I’m furious is an understatement

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was chosen carefully to ensure no disruption occurred from a prom event that was on. We really appreciated that. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel and everything was excellent. The location was close to Manchester Airport for our early morning flight the next day. It was in the country, in a beautiful locality.

Ideal location central wilmslow Lovely property with private gated parking , lovely and clean and owner messaged us with check in information and if any problems . Second bedroom is slightly small but was perfect for us as family of 3 and much nicer than staying in hotel room. Had everything we needed - would stay again

For hotels in the UK, this is about as cheap as you'll find. There is nothing I found overly objectionable about it, though everything is dated, a bit worn and not spotlessly clean. The gym and pool are dated, though the gym is well stocked with about 30 machines.
