This place was absolutely exceptional! The host provided incredibly detailed and helpful information, including the exact location and great tips for local trips, which made everything so easy. The house itself was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough – I’d go back in a heartbeat. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, were the horses and adorable foals. Truly unforgettable!

Well, everything!! The property is very nice with a most warm atmosphere, very well kept and excellently equipped with everything one could wish for. The location is stunning with great views on the surrounding landscape. I could live here ;o) We met the host the day after we arrived and she is the most pleasant and friendly lady one is ever like to meet. The chocolate cake and fresh eggs waiting for us on arrival really were the cherries on top of the cake. Driving up to the property can be a bit of a challenge with failing light at the end of an autumn day but luckily the village isn't big and the inhabitants are most friendly and helpful in giving directions.

I’ve stayed at The George many times and cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. The rooms are fabulous, clean, & superbly appointed. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, with customer service at the forefront. The breakfast is amazing, and I can’t think of a better place to stay. Brilliant service and fabulous value for money. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
