The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the NEC so is perfectly placed for an overnight stay. It was next to the pub but not noisy. The rooms looked nice and fairly well decorated. A complaint on the night was dealt with.

Dinner buffet and breakfast was lovely although black pudding would have been great! The room was nice and clean. The shower was not so good, poor pressure and kept stopping!
