We were met in the car park and immediately offered help. Our rooms were ready and provided exactly what we requested. The tour of the guest areas was a lovely welcome. The attention paid to my elderly father was appreciated.

Everything was excellent. Attention to detail was great, enough milk for a few cups of tea not just one, biscuits, mints, enough towels and shower accessories. Staff really friendly, evening meal and breakfast of very high quality. Really enjoyed our stay.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night while we were hiking the Hadrian’s wall path. We were both really happy with the apartment. It has a small sitting area, a kitchen table that would seat 4, and a well equipped kitchen. It would be excellent for a longer stay where you buy groceries and prepare meals. It was clean and comfortable. I would like to thank the hosts for dropping us back in Walton in the morning to continue our hike.
