The guest house is lovely, warm and welcoming - Ian was waiting for me to arrive and the extra directions he sent came in useful as I arrived after dark. Although a couple of miles from the centre, I was able to get a taxi easily both ways. Coffee machine in the room a lovely touch, as is the robes! The breakfast was amazing and was ready for me when I was the next morning. The view for brekkie was a nice extra! Thanks for the welcome Ian and Lilija, I will definitely be back so I can try the bath!

Beautiful apartment in Todmorden. Very comfortable beds and couch. The bedrooms are huge! Very clean and lots of space for 4 people. Plenty of tea, coffee and bathroom toiletries. The only negative for us was the steep stairs outside to get up to the bottom of the apartments and then another lot of quite steep stairs to get up into the apartment. We weren't aware of this until the morning of our arrival. It was quite hard for us to carry our luggage up. If this was in the description, we would have stayed elsewhere due to travelling with my parents who both have mobility issues.

The most aesthetically pleasing bed and breakfast I've ever seen. It oozes history, nature ambience and shipfaring themes that made me feel much wonder. It's a mini art gallery that never tries to notice that it is one, you just maybe realise it after a while. Hebden Bridge is absolutely splendid of a town and I truly wish and hope there are many other towns like it. I only got to stay 2 nights and spend a late afternoon strolling around town but I really wish I stayed longer. I kinda want to come back to Hebden Bridge again. It's filled with amazing gems of cafés and other shops. The freedom to use utensils provided for you for your takeout and leave it for them to wash (as was offered to me) was amazing. I bought hot dinner all the way back from a day trip to Manchester and ate it in the cosiness of the room!!
