Great room and wonderful restaurant/bareca with a menu to suits everyone through the day. A bit different from the standard fare in the Dales - very welcome. Parking was also easy and plentiful. Staff friendly and profesionall.

First time staying here and I must say it was absolutely amazing. From the friendly staff to the comfort of the rooms and the superb breakfast, everything was spot on. The room was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting two adults and two kids. I’m usually very picky with hotels—coming from Cyprus and being used to luxury hotels, I often find some places abroad a disappointment. But this one exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic—when my daughter had a small accident closing her fingers in a door, they were quick to help and immediately cheered her up. Especially Lily, who was super helpful, and the lovely lady (I didn’t catch her name) who kindly showed us where our car was parked, both went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and even a make-your-own waffles station, which was such a fun touch for the girls. Well done, and thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Hosts ( Julia and David) were friendly, lovely and extremely helpful. They live next door and were available at anytime. Very good location… in countryside with easy access to attractions and Sheffield town centre. Hot tub and Sauna was really good. Kids enjoyed the play area. Garden was lovely. Excellent cottage .
